Spectacular views and amenities

Condo was beautiful inside and had spectacular water views. Pictures were very accurate. Amenities of the property including pool, hot tub and indoor spa facilities were wonderful. Silvia was very easy to communicate with prior to checking in and at check-in. She also checked in during the stay via text to make sure all was well. Location easy to walk to shops and restaurants in Brickell and Downtown neighborhoods. Would definitely stay again.

A true 5 Star!

I see a lot of properties and experienced some that are rated five star and do not live up to that level. This property was absolutely five star and then some. The views, the amenities, the little touches that were provided to make it a comfortable and elegant stay were fantastic. I hope to get back! FYI the elevator & check in isn’t great but nothing to keep you from booking this dream!

Miami getaway

The apartment is everything that is described and then some. The hosts are easily accessible they are always checking to make sure everything is going good with the property. After a long day enjoying all that Brickell and Miami to offer it feels really good to come to the apartment and enjoy all the views. The beds are super comfortable and if you still need to do some work like me while on vacation the Internet was super fast and reliable all over the apartment. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and I’m looking forward to booking again.

Terrific

Great experience, location, and value. The amenities were amazing and the views spectacular. Definitely recommend for all types of travelers. The facility and location are easy to access and navigate. Highly recommend contacting Francisco for the off site parking. It’s less expensive, unlimited in and out privileges and literally next door. In fact it’s probably easier to use than the on site parking garage. We are already planning a return trip. It would have been easy to stay on site and still feel like we were on vacation and that is always the litmus test for vacation accommodations. However there’s so much to do in and around Miami that we have to come back and we can’t wait to stay here again. Thanks to the management team for a great experience.

Amazing views!

This unit was just as described. It was clean, well equipped and had beautiful views of the pool and Miami skyline. The 1st 14 floors are part of the W hotel and floors 16 and up are condos. The property manager was easy to work with and my questions were answered promptly. My 3 stars for check in process are because on check in day, we arrived a few hours early and unloaded our bags. Our unit was not ready so we had to kill some time and decided to explore the area. The front desk was not willing to hold our bags while we killed some time. So we had to load the bags back into our rental car. This was a hassle, mostly because we took advantage of using off site parking offered by property manager (which I recommend). So we had to go back to the lot get our car and put all the bags back into car while we explored. If we didn't have a rental car - I don't know how we would have managed, because there wasn't any options for our bags. There was also no help or use of luggage carts ( which were clearly available, but apparently not for rental guests) to assist us once our rooms were available. This was the only negative for us. The pool area was top notch - DJ on weekends. The security procedures in building made us feel safe, the poolside restaurant on floor 15 was good! Overall this was a great trip and I would highly recommend this unit!

Great view, but that’s it.

37th floor apartment, excellent view, but not much else. Elevators don’t consistently work going up or down. In my unit the bathroom tub hot water handle does not on. All the kitchen chairs have significant spots on them like mildew or mold. The living and dining area furniture pieces are old and in need of an update. Overall not much more than a good view.

Well appointed view condo in great location. Secure building with fantastic pool area. Close to good restaurants and shopping. Kat was very helpful during check in. Be sure to ask about parking if you plan to bring or rent a car.

Beautiful view but needs some maintenance

Room Impression: First, we loved the view and balcony, the spaciousness was fantastic! Check in: All of this had a shadow cast over it in the beginning because they treated us like we were criminals because we were riding very expensive touring motorcycles. There was NO parking for motorcycles and we weren't even allowed to pull up to drop our bags off first. VERY HUMILIATING! This was after I specifically asked about parking our motorcycles when we were booking. SO the problem was ignored up front. We finally found parking in a garage 3 blocks away and had to carry our bags all the way! That's just unprofessional to say it bluntly. You should of at least treated us like guests at check in and let us ride up to drop off our bags at check in. Maintenance: The bathtub in the large suite had a hot water faucet handle that was VERY difficult to turn on or off. Then the jets in the tub didn't work. There was soap scum all around the shower floor in the 2nd bathroom. And the sliding doors wouldn't open all the way. Other: The welcome bottle of wine was nice as was our check in person. Overall: We would never recommend this to anyone based on how they treated us as motorcycle riders. You would think we were Hell's Angels they way they looked at us when we wanted to ride up to the check in. the check in staff making our ID cards could have been friendlier. I guess it's a downtown thing to be rude. For the record, I've stayed at the Fountaine Bleau and it was fantastic!

Brickell stay

It was our first trip to Miami, Sylvia, Natalie and Deborah were welcoming. Any requests we had were quickly addressed. We look forward to staying there again should our travels take us to Miami again.

Silvia is critical to our success. She oversees bookings and leads the customer service side of the business. Together with the on-site manager she routinely delivers the best experience for our clients.

We started off as property owners and from the beginning, we have helped investors manage their apartments, always in authorized buildings and in accordance with county and state laws. I hold a Master in Tourism Administration and an Interior Designing degree. My husband is a Ph. D, an MBA, and a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker, and together we speak six languages, which allow us to interact with our clients like no other company. Awesome Place. The apartment is very well equipped and furnished by owner, an interior designer. We love what we do and it shows in every aspect: cleanliness, decoration with original paintings, full service, extras (wine waiting for you upon arrival). Yes, our apartment is very well equipped, uncommonly so.

You will be able to access the spa and swimming pool and receive towels at no additional cost. You may also visit the large gym and enjoy the selection of Technogym machines, or you may decide to take one of the many free classes available (spinning, yoga...).
