Barcelona distancias largas

Zona Tranquila, el apartamento limpio y con partes restauradas. Tercero sin ascensor. Los anfitriones muy corterses y amables. La cama de matrimonio muy ruidosa , aunque el colchon estaba bien. A pesar que la distancia al parque guell y sagrada Familia no era lejos, las distancias en Barcelona son largas y hay que coger varios medios de transporte. En general la estancia ha estado bien.

Appartement situé dans un quartier calme

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et l'accueil du proproétaire ainsi que la terrasse où nous avons pris nos repas. Le quartier est calme et familial. La station de metro est à 15 min de marche. Il y a aussi un resto tapas en face de l'appartement qui sert des spécialités délicieuses ainsi qu'une petite superette où l'on peut acheter ce qu'il faut pour déjeuner. A recommander.

Superbe appartement à Barcelone

Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour la location de cet appartement à Barcelone : l'annonce et les photos sont parfaitement conformes. Bien situé, quartier tranquille, arrêt de bus en bas de porte pour aller à Barceloneta plage, métro à 10 mn à pied. Logement très fonctionnel et bien équipé, joliment décoré, spacieux (4 adultes et 2 petits enfants) clim, wifi, frigo et congélateur, linge de lit et serviettes de bains, machine à café (Nespresso...super pour les amateurs de café). Un petit défaut...notre séjour, n'a duré que 4 jours mais on reviendra ...!!!

Great stay!

Great property! It is tucked away in a quiet, safe neighborhood. It's about a 12 minute walk from the metro stood nearby, but we did not mind. Owners were great and helpful!

Alle Erwartungen erfüllt

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alle Erwartungen an die Wohnung wurden erfüllt. Die Wohnung liegt etwas entfernt vom Zentrum. Durch die Straße fährt die Buslinie 39 mit der man bequem in die Innenstadt kommt. Im Ergebnis empfehlenswert für Gruppen bis 3 Personen.

SUPERBE SÉJOUR

Nous avons passés un superbe séjour à Barcelone. L'appartement est idéalement situé dans un quartier très calme à proximité de bus et de métro. L´appartement est impeccable, bonne literie, joliment décoré, très bien fourni et une terrasse de rêve pour les moments de détente. Tout est à proximité de l'appartement, plusieurs petits supermarchés, vendeurs de fruits et légumes, boulangerie, pharmacie. La liaison métro (ligne L5) avec la gare ferroviaire de Sants Estacio est directe, et depuis cette gare accès direct à l'aéroport, idéal quant on vient en avion.

Très belle location

L'appartement est parfait, beau, très bien agencé. On s'y sent tout de suite bien. Le quartier est calme, avec des commerces à proximité. Bonne situation : proche du centre, proche des bus , métro. La terrasse est un plus pour profiter du soleil. Le propriétaire est très aimable, attentif, nous donnant de bons conseils pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation.

El apartamento fue perfecto para mi marido mis 3 hijos y yo. Todo muy limpio. Completamente equipado. La zona muy tranquila Los dueños muy simpaticos tanto en los contactos por e-mail como durante nuestra estancia. Todos los dias el coche aparcado en la calle, utilizamos el metro y el BUS, como nos recomendó Arturo. Cuando volvamos a Barcelona, sin ninguna duda volveremos a este apartamento

Very nice clean spacious apartment.

The apartment gives you a flavor of living in Barcelona. A very quiet residential area with access to shops and cafes. But be prepared to walk. It is a good walk from the metro lines with a long steep hill to climb. Good aerobic exercise. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped. You can cook or not. Excellent customer service by the owner. And he lives near by if you need to get in touch. I'd highly recommend if you have a small family to use this apartment but it is remote from the various local attractions.

Excellent séjour

L'appartement est propre, et bien équipé, parfait pour une famille avec enfants. Il manque toutefois de quoi suspendre et faire sécher le linge lavé. L'arrêt de bus se trouve en bas de l'appartement et permet de se rendre à la plage directement, mais il faut tout de même compter 45 minutes à une heure de trajet selon la circulation. Nous avons apprécié les tapas servies dans le bar situé au pied de l'appartement :) Il y a aussi une pharmacie et une boulangerie juste à côté. Les propriétaires sont également très sympathiques et accueillants :)

Impecable

Apartamento impecable y completamente equipado. Decorado con gusto y muy limpio. El barrio es agradable y tranquilo. Viajamos en coche y fue estupendo poder aparcar gratis en la calle al lado del apartamento. Toda la semana dejamos el coche aparcado y utilizábamos el transporte público (parada de BUS delante del apartamento). Arturo fue muy amable y servicial. Sin ninguna duda recomendamos este aoartamento.

Nous avons séjourné 7 jours dans cet appartement. On était en famille avec notre fille de 2 ans. C'est la 1ère fois que je trouve une locación aussi agréable à tout point de vue.C'est moderne et très propre. C'est vraiment conforme au descriptif. Il y a tout le confort dans cet appartement,tout le nécessaire au niveau de l'équipement cuisine et produits d'entretien. C'est un quartier calme. L''emplacement était idéal, loin de tous les touristes mais pratique pour se rendre partout. Tous les commerces sont à proximité (boulangerie, boucherie, poissonnerie et super-marché). Le propriétaire est très accueillant et serviable. nous recommandons fortement cette location."

Nous recommandons ce logement qui correspond parfaitement au descriptif donné sur l'annonce. Après de longues journées à visiter toutes les curiosités architecturales de Barcelone, il est très agréable de pouvoir se détendre dans ce bel appartement, très clair, très propre, très calme, d'où l'on peut même rejoindre à pied (si l'on aime marcher), à travers un beau parc situé juste à côté, le magnifique parc Güell. Les transports en commun sont tout proches et il est ainsi très facile de se déplacer dans toute la ville. Excellente adresse !

Estupendas vacaciones

Hemos pasado unas estupendas vacaciones en Barcelona. El apartamento está muy bien decorado, muy limpio, con abundantes sabanas y toallas. En Octubre queremos volver y será a este apartamento. Un plus ha sido poder aparcar gratis al lado del apartamento. Dejamos el coche y utilizamos el transporte público.

"Tout d''abord un grand merci au propriétaire charmant qui est venu nous chercher en voiture à la station de métro Horta. L''appartement est très bien équipé.Le linge de maison est bien fourni.Un petit bémol tout de même et c''est bien dommage. Je suis assez déçue car j''avais choisi cette location hors du centre ville pour avoir un peu de calme mais en fait la rue est très fréquentée. Les bus, les voitures, les scooters...de 5h le matin à minuit, c''est un bruit incessant. Il est difficile de laisser la fenêtre ouverte. Sinon le bus numéro 39 en bas de l''immeuble mène directement à la plage de Barceloneta en 40-45 minutes.Le métro Horta est à 10 minutes à pied. Barcelone est une ville magnifique mais bruyante. Le soleil espagnol n''est pas une légende mais une réalité. "

A nice apartment

We stayed in this nice apartment 6 days in the end of October 2012. It´s well equiped and well furnished and very comfortable. After some days full of sightseeing in the wonderful town of Barcelona we went back in this apartment at night and slept well. The surrounding is nice, too and the way to the metro is not far. In the near there are lots of supermarkets and small shops for everything you need. We want to Thank you for being in this great apartment.

appartement bien entretenue et ensoleillé. Idéalement situé près du parc Guinardo et à 20 minutes à pieds du parc Guëll. L'immeuble est très calme, on arrive à trouver une place de parking au alentour. Un arrêt de bus se trouve en face ; la ligne 39 qui mène entre autres à la plage de Barceloneta. Je conseille cette location à: Escapades entre filles, Vacanciers sans véhicules, Visites touristiques, Familles avec adolescents, Familles avec enfants en bas âges, Vacances romantiques
