No hot or running water everyday; slum area

This property is deceiving in it's advertisement. We wish we could give this a better rating. The first day of arrival, we had no running water and the few times we had running water, there was about 1 minute of warm water every day, therefore we couldn't use either of the 2 hot tubs one time. The host then told us 2 days before we our stay was ending that (per her exact message) "I also have to send you the additional charge for energy, I imagine you saw it in the property rules." There is NOTHING listed regarding paying for "extra energy" listed in this property. We've reported this host. This property is also sitting in a slum area which, had we known, we would not have booked this property. Dogs barking and roosters all night long. The guy, Kiko, who works for the host was incredibly kind and helpful as we saw him almost daily trying to "fix" the water problem.

It is sad that in order not to pay for the energy consumed they have to tell lies. They blocked the pipe they used and we had to break some specific places on the wall to be able to open the pipe, they never washed the sheets or changed them, and after I said that they had to pay for the electricity they consumed for you those days.. (I have it written in the rules) They left early the next day, without saying anything to anyone, when they had already announced they were leaving early. I have photos and invoices for everything of damage.
