Fantastic property
Fantastic property, spotlessly clean and wonderfully equipped for a luxury holiday. The pool, pool relaxation area, petanque court and gardens are truly lovely. Walking into the centre of Maussane is easy and there are interesting shops and lots of amazing restaurants to choose from. The very best thing about this lovely home is the hosts Jean-Paul and Cathy who made our holiday a real French experience. We loved it so much we are planning our return. Thank you so much for hosting.

Charming apartment and garden
Wonderful week-long stay in Provence. Our hosts Jean-Paul and Catherine were very welcoming to our family and our 1.5 year old daughter. Beautiful grounds with a lovely pool, and a well appointed apartment with all the necessary modern conveniences. Walking distance to the charming village of Maussane, and a short drive from many local attractions. Book with confidence for your next stay!

Die beiden Gastgeber Cathy und Jean-Paul sind die Herzlichkeit in Person, sowas gibt es sehr selten. Nice place to stay
Jean Paul und Cathy sind sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter, sie wohnen unmittelbar links der Anliegerwohnung. Das Grundstück befindet sich in in einer sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Wohnlage, manchmal hört man den Verkehr von der nahen Durchgangsstrasse. Unmittelbar an das Grundstück gern ein kleines Waldstück an, von hier aus lassen sich wunderbare Wanderungen Richtung Beau erkunden. Wir empfanden unseren Aufenthalt als sehr erholsam auch wenn am Anfang der Mistral einen kalten Nordwind das Tal durch das Tal blies.

Jean -Paul and Cathy could not have been more attentive and helpful; the house more perfect for our needs and the area of Maussane and the Alpilles more beautiful. We loved it.
Jean-Paul et Cathy: merci pour tout. Notre sejour etait parfait -si tranquille comme vous avez dit. Le soleil, la piscine, le marche et le silence etaient tout que nous cherchions.

Wunderbar.
Wir hatten bei Jean Paul und Cathy einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die 2 Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und liebenswert. Das Boulespiel mit den beiden hat uns viel Spaß bereitet. Die Umgebung ist auch zum radfahren sehr gut geeignet.
Wir werden ganz sicher noch einmal hinfahren.

Vacances à Maussane les Alpilles
Très bel endroit et location très belle et propre et bien équipée. Ainsi que la piscine et le jardin au top. Très bon accueil initial des propriétaires. Cependant si vous désirez être tranquilles passez votre chemin. La piscine n est en aucun cas privative. Le propriétaire y vient régulièrement se baigner à deux mètres de votre terrasse. Nous espérions un havre de tranquillité. Nous avons été surveillés en permanence de nos faits et gestes, jusqu'à ce que même le propriétaire vienne en personne fermer la porte fenêtre entrouverte de notre location soit disant pour un problème de climatisation que nous avions pensée éteinte alors que nous étions en train de nous habiller. Sans parler de sa présence permanente autour de nous du petit déjeuner au diner. En somme la maison et la piscine devaient être privatives, cela n'a pas été le cas, nous avons même eu des agressions verbales et ce sont pour nous les pires vacances que nous ayons eues pour 2300 euros pour une semaine. Du fait de l'agression verbale sur le problème de climatisation (qui aurait pu être discuté gentiment, je pense qu'il y a un pb de télécommande, et même, cela ne justifie pas une telle agressivité sur des locataires qui ont été très respectueux et soigneux de tout le logement et ont été très discrets) nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt que prévu.

Inutile d'être professeur universitaire pour comprendre le fonctionnement d'un climatiseur .
Vous avez bénéficier d'un climatiseur avec sa télécommande dans chaque pièce .Période de canicule la température était régulièrement à 40 degré . le lendemain de votre arrivée je vous ai fait remarquer que le porte fenêtre laissé ouvert était pas compatible avec un fonctionnement correct de la climatisation. J'ai renouvelle cette remarque le lendemain , puis abandonné devant votre attitude désinvolte . Vendredi après 15 heures vous nous avez annoncé votre départ vu les prévisions de circulation difficile ainsi que les orages . INFO ou INTOX . Le reste est du niveau cour de récréation école maternelle . Aucune valeur er substance , désolé ce n'est pas de mon ressort .

Beautiful visit
This was well worth the 2 year wait to visit. We originally booked for June 2020 and we rescheduled twice as we waited through the pandemic. Everything inside and out was beautiful, clean, and inviting. For our daughter the pool was one of the highlights of our whole trip. The host Jean-Paul and Catherine were kind and helpful. We wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Presque parfait
Bonjour,
Je déplore que le site ABRITEL mette en avant (photo) l'ensemble de la propriété alors que seul le gîte annexe à l'habitation est à la disposition des vacanciers.
Etant correspondant TRIPADVISOR pour les hôtels et restaurants, je jouerai donc de cette casquette pour indiquer, selon la formule consacrée, que "le diable se cache dans les détails". Je veux dire par là que tous les équipements proposés doivent être en parfait état de fonctionnement, qu'il s'agisse de la télévision, d'internet ou du tire-bouchon....
Cela dit, cette location permet vraiment de passer d'excellentes vacances, les propriétaires (hôtes) sont charmants, dévoués et réactifs.
La piscine, soigneusement préparée et entretenue par Jean Paul est au top! Le jardin est magnifique et finement entretenu par ... les ciseaux de Catherine.
Bref, n'hésitez pas à vous rendre à cette adresse même si les derniers 200 m de l'accès au logement passent par un chemin "chaotique" pour la voiture !

Un havre de paix dans un magnifique environnement
Un grand merci à Cathy et Jean-Paul pour leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse et leurs conseils pertinents pour découvrir cette magnifique région des Alpilles.
Le Mas de la Figuière est un écrin, aménagé avec beaucoup de goût et parfaitement équipé.
Que vous soyez adepte du farniente ou amateur de belles et bonnes choses, l'endroit est idéal.
Ces 2 semaines sont passées beaucoup trop vite.

Séjour parfait, maison parfaite, hôtes parfaits!

Magnifique
Revenir au plus vite, c’est notre souhait. Jean Paul et Cathy sont des gens adorables, serviables,généreux avec beaucoup d’attentions. La maison,le décor soigné et élégant ,le jardin, juste magnifique. C’est vraiment très propre. Nous avons adoré , il ne manque rien. N’hésitez pas une seule minute,vacances de rêve assurément.
