This beautiful apartment offers one bedroom with air-conditioned and a balcony looking on Gran Via, very close to the central Plaza Catalunya, pulsating heart of Barcelona.

The apartment is located in the Eixample district of Barcelona, 300 meters from Plaza Catalunya, on the 4th floor of a 19th century, pre-modernist building, WITHOUT elevator.

This apartment features exposed wooden beams, high ceilings, and a living-dining room with two lounge sofa chairs and flat-screen TV. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, kitchen utensils and a washing machine.

There's a wardrobe and the private bathroom includes a bathtub, shower and hairdryer. Towels and bed linen are provided.
