Studio located in the best area of ​​the city. Right in the Born area, a few steps from La Catedral, Picasso Museum, Beach. TOP LOCATION. You could walk to the beach, about 10 minutes walk. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed can be double or twin, perfect for couples, friends or even business trips. We provide towels and sheets. Located in a building with an elevator with more studios in the same building. Smart lock so arrival time doesn't matter.

We can also provide parking about 15 minutes from the studio.

Overall, I loved this apartment

The location is perfect. It is ideal for one person. I was able to prepare small meals (breakfast, lunch). The bathroom is well set up. There is a bit of street noise, but I closed the doors and used the air conditioner so slept well. Two small things that were missing - I would recommend supplying a towel for drying dishes and also a flat surface for putting a suitcase on. Otherwise it was 100% perfect.

Piccoli spazi per un quartiere perfetto.

Lo studio è caratterizzato, come visibile dalle foto, da spazi essenziali. Sufficienti se si è intenzionati a passare più tempo in giro a visitare la città piuttosto che chiusi in casa. L'unico vero neo è l'ascensore che si apre direttamente dentro all'appartamento che ad un primo impatto può essere fastidioso visto che si sente ogni volta che è in movimento. Per il resto abbiamo trovato tutto abbastanza in ordine e pulito. Il quartiere è il vero plus. El Born è un quartiere meraviglioso e pieno di vita adiacente al Barrio Gotico. Inoltre le distanze dalle principali attrazioni della città non saranno mai a distanze così proibitive da dover ricorrere ai mezzi pubblici se non per pura comodità. Si parla di 10 minuti a piedi per la Rambla e mezz'ora per la più lontana Sagrada Familia. In conclusione la casa è perfetta per chi ha poche esigenze e preferisce la posizione alla comodità. Ps. La reception in cui è richiesto di presentarsi per il check in è a 10 minuti dalla casa, il personale è gentilissimo e vi permetterà di lasciare le valigie l'ultimo giorno presso di loro in modo da godere delle ultime ore a Barcellona senza il fastidio dei bagagli.

My closet is bigger.

We were put in the 5th floor room/closet. It is tiny!! You do not have a balcony as seen in the picture. Also, in the picture were two twin beds pushed together, and we, my grown son and I had to sleep on a very hard double bed together. Shower does not drain very well in the shower, which I read from other reviewers, but thought it would have been fixed by now. We did not use the corner that was called a kitchen as there are so many wonderful restaurants nearby. That was the one plus, it was a great location. Would not rent this location again.

Mit dem Aufenthalt im Studio el born war ich nicht zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin in der Agentur vergass mir zu sagen das ich, um den Lift zu benützen, die Chipkarte einsetzen muss so das ich eine halbe Stunde warten musste bevor zufällig andere Bewohner des Hauses kamen und mir zeigten wie es funktioniert. Mein Versuch im Büro anzurufen schlug total fehl, da niemand ansTelefon geht. Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht aber der Balkon im obersten Stockwerk wo ich untergebracht war war total vollgestellt und hatte ausserdem eine Aussenwand die so hoch ist das man kein Aussicht hat.

A fantastic apartment in the centre of really beautiful area in Barcelona. We loved our stay here.

This apartment is really beautiful. It has everything you need and feels bigger than it looks. The balcony is wonderful and allows you to feel like you live in the area. I would highly recommend this lovely place. The owner provided excellent service and communication.

Decent property for one night stay

The kitchen was not a full kitchen as indicated. No coffee pot, no stove, no microwave. It did have some plates and eating utensils and glasses, but little else. Two twins were put together to make a double, so there was a gap in the middle-not perfect for a couple expecting a bed. It would be nice to have included some washcloths as well-only hand and bath available. The balcony is not useful as it is very small. Balcony doors were unlocked when we arrived late in the evening. It was clean and the bathroom area was nice.

Apartment is very small. This is an efficiency NOT one bedroom. Large enough to walk around the bed and have a single chair. Kitchen was not stocked to be useful. Had a knife to cut bread but no other sharp knives (couldn't cut cheese or meats for snacking). Didn't have a coffee pot etc. shower didn't drain. Area was convenient and fun. That was the saving grace. Lift opened in room about 2 feet from bed. If you are in the flat any time other guests come in you hear them and the elevator. Very loud. Fortunately, we did not spend much time there.

J'ai passé un très agréable séjour à Barcelone en compagnie de ma meilleure amie dans ce studio très propre et bien décoré. L'emplacement est parfait, dans une rue piétonne et calme tout près de la basilique Santa Maria del Mar qui est entourée de très bons petits restaurants. La station de métro Jaume 1 située à 5 minutes à pieds permet de rejoindre les principaux sites touristiques. Le bord de mer est également à proximité ce qui permet de rejoindre la plage de la Barceloneta et ses bars en moins d'un quart d'heure. De plus, l'accueil à l'agence et le service de ménage sont très serviables ! Les petits plus du studio sont l'ascenseur et le balcon : très pratiques. Le seul bemol est que la douche était bouchée (eau stagnante pleine de sable...). Je recommande vivement cette location !
