SECURITY DEPOSIT

On arrival, the Agency will take the details of the Tenant’s credit card to cover any damage that may occur during his stay in the property.

In the event of damage caused in the property by the Tenant or the other occupants during their stay, the Tenant expressly authorizes the Agency to charge this credit card to cover the repairs caused, plus 5% processing fee.

If the Tenant finds damage in the property upon his arrival, he must immediately notify the Agency.

At the front of the villa, the terrace features a wooden deck and an infinity pool for pleasant swimming sessions. Under the covered area, there is an outdoor lounge with armchairs and a table for a morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Lounge chairs are also available to enjoy the mild air and the view over the ocean and St. Barths’ rolling hills. The vacation rental villa consists of one lovely bedroom with television and en-suite bathroom. It is furnished with a double bed and opens widely onto the terrace through a French window that lets the trade winds softly blow through the bedroom, allowing guests to enjoy the mildness of St. Barths at any time. A large contemporary style bay window separates the bedroom from the living room, through which the bright St-Barths’ natural light enters both rooms and provides a delightful feeling of serenity.
