Eine moderne, saubere Wohnung im EG mit guter Lage bzgl. Strand, Restaurants, Geschäfte. Wohnung klein, ein sehr kleines Bad, aber ein großer Balkon. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Leider liegt der Balkon an einer Bushaltestelle und Taxistand, das Haus an einer Hauptstraße. Gerade vom Balkon blickt man auf ein marodes Haus und auf Müllcontainer. Den Strand, das Meer sieht man nur seitlich. Die Fenster lassen viel Lärm durch (bei einer Weihnachtsparty am Strand konnten wir bis 4 Uhr kein Auge zu tun). Es gibt keine richtige Abdunklung, nur einfache Rollos innen, die Licht durchlassen. Die Fenster sind bodentief ohne Gardinen, es gibt nur die Innenrollos von oben.
