Amazing space, so clean Hot water didn’t last long enough for 4 showers unfortunately so we had to be quick

Ideaal vakantie appartement

Een prachtig gerenoveerd appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht. Alles zeer netjes en proper. Keuken is vrij simpel maar alles is aanwezig. Ondanks dit een ouder gebouw is worden de gezamenlijke delen netjes en dagelijks onderhouden. De kamers zijn ruim en simpel ingericht. De badkamer is mooi en praktisch gerenoveerd. Ook de tweede badkamer met toilet is inderdaad zoals in eerdere reviews aan de kleine kant. In normale omstandigheden dus een zaligheid om hier een langere periode in te verblijven. De communicatie met Benidorm Booking verloopt vlot en correct alsook het ophalen van de sleutels. De parking voor je wagen is een afgesloten plek met een vaste parkeerplaats per appartement. Er is echter 1 groot MINPUNT. Tijdens ons verblijf van 3 weken werkte de verwarming niet, iets wat geen overbodige luxe zou zijn in de winterperiode en vooral omdat januari dit jaar geen al te best weer was. Dit was een zeer onaangename situatie waarvoor wij 3 keer bij het verhuurbureau zijn langs geweest echter zonder een degelijke oplossing of herstelling van de defecte verwarming. Uiteindelijke hebben ze een klein elektrisch kacheltje gebracht maar was in de ochtend en avond echt niet voldoende. Dit was dus echt wel een domper op ons verblijf dat dus genoeg heeft gekost en waar je voor dit geld toch wel mag verwachten wat er in de beschrijving aangeboden wordt. Moest dit wel in orde zijn kreeg dit appartement het maximum aan reviewpunten. Dus, zorg er aub voor dat dit zo snel mogelijk in orde wordt gebracht zodat de volgende huurders volop kunnen genieten van dit fantastische appartement.

Apartament w pierwszej linii na 10 piętrze , 3 pokoje z wygodnymi łóżkami, 2 łazienki , ogromny salon z widokiem na plażę i promenade. Kuchnia dobrze wyposażona, brak tylko zmywarki. Brak klimatyzatora w sypialniach,ale da radę przetrwać.
