Summary:
We are excited to welcome you to our stunning one-bedroom, one-bathroom converted mill apartment in Ancoats. Paragon is filled with industrial charm and character, featuring an open plan kitchen, dining, and living area. The apartment sleeps maximum 4 guests.
The Space:
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. There is a fridge freezer, oven and grill, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, and an induction hob.
We also offer complimentary chilled still-water, Nespresso capsules, tea, coffee, sugar, milk sachets, oil, and salt & pepper.
There is a 4 seater dining table perfect for enjoying a meal together with family and friends. This space also offers an excellent workspace for those who may be travelling on business.
BEDROOM
The bedroom features a king-size bed, blackout curtains, and 2 x double mirrored wardrobes.
BATHROOM
There bathroom has a large, walk-in shower. We provide bath and hand towels, as well as complimentary shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
LIVING AREA
The living area features a 55 inch smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime TV access.
SOFA BED
The sofa can be converted into a comfortable double sofa-bed. Depending on the booked number of guests on your reservation, you may need to contact our customer service team who are on-hand to arrange a sofa bed set-up, where additional charges may apply. If you’re unsure whether you have a sofa-bed inclusive rate or for full details of our sofa-bed policy, please refer to our terms and conditions.
LOCATION & PARKING
This property is located in Manchester’s city centre district of Ancoats, right on the border of the Northern Quarter. You can be in Manchester’s central bar and retail district within walking distance. There is a public car park located right next door to the property - charges may apply.
Guest Access:
Upon booking with us, you will receive access to your personalised Guest Pass. The Guest Pass is powered by Enso Connect – an Airbnb trusted partner. Here you will receive your check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations (& exclusive discounts!) and much more. You will receive a link to your Guest Pass in your booking confirmation message.
In order to protect both the property and you, our valued guest, you must complete either a mandatory deposit authorisation hold of £250 or a £30.00 non-refundable damage waiver (Please note that the Damage Waiver option is not available for bookings placed within 24 hours of check-in, or for stays of 28+ days or more). This can be done on a card of your choosing via the Guest Pass. If you select the deposit authorisation hold, no monies are taken from your card unless damages are caused during your stay, or additional fees are incurred. This may be for things such as late check-out, undeclared guests, and/or extra nights. The deposit authorisation hold is usually released with 1 working day of check-out.
Kindly ensure that your Guest Pass verification and deposit authorisation hold are complete prior to your check-in, as you will not be able to access the apartments until this is complete.

Manchester central shopping district and Piccadilly Gardens are less than a 10 minute walk away from the apartment. From here, there are plenty of public transport options to take you around the city.
Other Things to Note:
Please note we do not manage the building and cannot be held responsible for any maintenance issues in building communal areas. There is no elevator! You will be required to walk up the stairs to the second floor to access the apartment. We ask our guests to kindly respect our neighbours. We also encourage you to read our house rules for full transparency of our terms & conditions prior to booking - these can be found on our website. By booking your stay, you agree to abide to our terms & conditions.
