Dog Friendly
One well-behaved dog is welcome (or two small ones). There is an additional charge of £20 per dog per stay. Garden enclosed (up to mid-point).
Suitability
Generally level downstairs. There is a ground floor king bedroom and shower room. There is a step down to the patio area and further steps down to the lawned garden.
Bedrooms
There are three bedrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Ground floor: Bedroom 1 - king sized bed.
First Floor: Bedroom 2 - super-king bed, which can be split into two single beds on request when booking. Bedroom 3 - twin bedroom.

Ground floor shower room with shower, WC and hand basin.
First-floor family bathroom with bath and shower over, WC, hand basin and heated towel rail.
Kitchen
Large open-plan kitchen/dining area.
Two electric ovens & grill, five ring hob, wine fridge, large fridge, a three-drawer freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster.
Island with three bar stools. Dining table for 6.
Large bi-fold doors open out onto the garden terrace.
Utility Room
Washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and worktops.
Side door to access an outdoor shower.
Living Room
L-Shaped five-seater sofa, armchair and Smart TV.
Patio doors open out onto the deck area.
Outdoors
Large rear garden with lovely rural views. Composite decked area with glass balustrades, loungers and outdoor dining for six.
Lawned area and a further fenced area with a summer house and greenhouse.
Outdoor hot water shower to the side of the house - ideal for washing off sandy feet after time at the beach.
Lawned front garden.

Please note that a BBQ is not provided.
Parking
Parking for up to three vehicles on the driveway to the front of the house.
Children
Awel y Mor is generally suitable for supervised children. A high chair and travel cot (no bedding supplied) are available on request at the time of booking.

Bikes can be stored in the summer house. Please bring your own bike locks.

Awel y Mor is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Benllech. Traeth Benllech (beach) and village are a short walk away. Benllech is located on Anglesey's eastern coastline.
Utilities
All utilities, linen and towels are included. Please bring your own bed linen. LPG Gas central heating and hot water. No smoking or vaping.
Booking Details Please note a 30% deposit (excluding last-minute bookings) and a booking fee is required at the time of booking. Balance payment is due at least 30 days before the start of your holiday.
