FRAUDULENT LOCATION

The property presents as being a one minute walk to the town square and the icon on the map shows the property to be very close to the beach. In actual fact, it is a 1 hour and 22 minute walk to the town square (according to google maps) and is right off the main (307) highway which is no where near the town and is very noisy. Teresa was uncooperative about this major problem and is trying to blame VRBO for the location discrepancy. I don’t accept this excuse and I have asked for a full refund (we stayed one night out of 4) but she is completely ignoring my request. If you’re looking to be close to town this location is not for you! This property LOCATION is a TOTAL FRAUD! I will be taking measures to gain my money back for this gross misrepresentation of the property location. I gave her ample opportunity to make this right in the past four days but she is not the least bit interested in refunding my money.

La locación no tiene ninguna dirección incorrecta , menos fraudulenta. El inconveniente causado se debió a la ubicación q la página demarca en el mapa . De lo contrario los datos suministrados al huésped sobre dirección del apartament , son los mismos q siempre están en la información. Lamentamos muchísimo este incidente que ya fue situado correctamente por el asesor de la plataforma en el map . Gracias por la observación, que nos ayudan a mejorar ! ROB. ! . DESHONESTIDAD !! Utilizar el apartamento con 3 personas y no pagar lo utilizado ? Es absurdo anular el pago . Huéspedes como Ud . Lamentablemente no deberían rentar porque además de decir mentiras , se quedan con el dinero total y por supuesto la propiedad bloqueadas las fechas q ud reservo . Nunca utilice esta clase de engaños y menos dejar de pagar lo q utiliza ! Le repito la dirección e instrucciónes q se le proporcionaron son y serán siempre Veraces y Correctas .
