Amazing antique stone Cilentan villa situated in the centre of the characteristic village of Acquavena.
The main villa 200m2 and its dependances (sleep up to 12 guests) boast a spectacular sea view and a 500m2 garden with swimming pool, barbecue, pizza oven and verandah. 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room with 2 single beds with bathrooms. 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom in each of the dependances.
Sitting/dining area with fireplace , 2 double sofas and 2 armchairs. Round table with chairs, satellite TV. Wifi.
Fully equipped large kitchen: fridge freezer, large table with sitting places, electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Barbecue.
External laundry area.
The two dependance apartments host a further 4 guests.
Limonaia Dependance: 1 double bedroom, bathroom with shower enclosure and bidet.
There is a beautiful ceramic large table in the verandah outside the Limonaia ideal for eating out.
Approdo Dependance: 1 double bedroom . Bathroom with small bath and attached shower.
There is large private parking area with 3 private parking spaces inside the gate in the garden and two private parking spaces just outside the gate.The house has a remote controlled electric gate.

The Main House (sleeps 11)
Ground Floor:
fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. Table and chairs. There is a large table with chairs in the verandah just outside the kitchen.
Sitting room sofa ,armchairs, fireplace, tv with decoder.Terracotta floors.
Bathroom . No shower but there is an external shower by the swimming pool with hot water.

Bathroom 2- fully equipped bathroom with shower on first floor.
Bathroom 3-fully equipped bathroom with bath with shower on second floor.

Limonaia Dependance (sleeps 2): 1 double bedroom, , bathroom with shower enclosure and bidet.
There is a beautiful ceramic large table in the verandah outside the Limonaia ideal for eating out.
Approdo Dependance (sleeps3): 1 double bedroom . Bathroom with small bath and attached shower.
The garden and swimming pool ( 1.5m-3m deep) are fully equipped with garden furniture and swimming pool equipment/furniture. Great for relaxing and sunbathing!

Perfect holiday location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house, the pool, the surroundings,... are all beautiful. It's the perfect location for a nice holiday! There is some noise at night when you sleep in front of the main house and we had to pay a lot for electricity, but don't let this hold you back!

Très belle villa...

Un séjour marqué par la pluie (impressionnant orage de montagne) mais une très belle villa avec beaucoup de volumes et d'espaces, très bien équipée (nous avons testé le four à pizza). Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour s'occuper sur place et notamment pour les enfants ( piscine, tennis de table, baby-foot....). Une belle région avec un parc national à découvrir. Située en dehors des circuits touristiques, elle est néanmoins à proximité des plages ( belles mais il faut les chercher) et des axes routiers. Nous avons également eu un excellent accueil de la part des habitants du village. Seul bémol, le wifi arrivé en cours de séjour et le manque d'informations touristiques sur place.
