Relax and unwind in this peaceful and stylish accommodation. With all the comforts you would expect from a flat, close to the beach and all basic amenities, the flat has a communal pool, parking and gardens and the development is barrier-free, with two lifts.
If you are thinking of escaping for a few days, this is the flat for you.
The parking is communal, you will park if there are parking spaces available. Otherwise you will have to park in the street. There are several free parking spaces in the area.
The swimming pool is communal and you will have to follow the rules and recommendations of the Community of owners.
A 200€ deposit will be charged at the beginning of the stay which will be returned at the end of the stay and it will be checked that the flat is in the same conditions as it was handed over at the beginning.

Alicante airport is 58KM away, if you have difficulty getting to the flat from the airport, do not worry, let me know and we will help you find the best way to get there.

Arrival time: from 15:00 to 21:00 from Monday to Saturday.
Departure before 12:00 from Monday to Saturday.
