Located in Benidorm (20 km from Alicante with direct shuttle to La Cala or Benidorm), in the quiet area of ​​Cala de Benidorm, this pretty apartment of 50 m2 on the 7th and last floor of the building of average size "Alataya ", happens to be in first line with breathtaking views of the sea and the beach, in the immediate vicinity with all the shops (restaurants, bars, supermarkets, ...) and services (bus stops, pharmacy, doctors, hairdressers ...)

- a beautiful swimming pool (15 x 5 m approx.) with crystal clear water, sea view,

Fantastic views over the bay!

This apartment and the owner are fantastic, really enjoyed my time here, the only down side is its at top of a hill and I don't walk very well these days, if Michel had an apartment on flat surface, I would always rent off him, the guy really cannot do enough, real pleasure doing business with him!

Lovely little apartment which had everything we needed. Everything very clean and fully equipped. Our host very helpful and and immediately contactable if we needed anything. I left a pice of my heart in this place - La Cala itself and the apartment. The location is perfect! La Cala cozy beach 1 min walk and 20 steps, endless Benidorm beach 7 min across the hill, used it on weekends when La Cala is overcrowded. Breathtaking view from the balcony, fully equipped kitchen. We used the pool a fiev times, it is kept clean and not overchlorinated. My little son loved it. Please not that the apartment is up the hill, there are 3 ways leading there - 2 steep stairs and one gentle sloping road. All you need is in the walking distance - supermarket, bus stop, taxis, playgrounds, restaurants. The contact person mr. Manuel is very helpful and polite. The only "but" if found for myself is a week soundproofing of the walls, and you will hear every move of your neighbours especially if the go to bed after midnight. But I'm a light sleeper. Earplugs would do. Will be happy to stay there again.

Die wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und man hat alles vor ort was man braucht!

Super kleine aber feine Wohnung, schön eingerichtet mit allem was man so braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem vermieter war auch super , er antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Ich werde auf jedenfall nochmal die Wohnung buchen aber dann nur mit 2 personen. Hier kommt ein winzig kleiner haken an der Wohnung womit ich aber gut leben konnte . Ja sie ist schön und schick und von der lage ist alles super zu erreichen. Aber mit fast 4 erwachsenen die wir mot unseren großen kindern waren auf dauer doch etwas klein. Aber wir kamen trotzdem mit allem super zurecht. Also auf jedenfall zu empfehlen!! Wir kommen wieder!!

Ideally located for bars, supermarket, buses. Great views of beach , we slept in lounge where air conditioning was located. Having dishwasher was ideal along with a washing machine if needed. Lifts always worked snd quick, pool was lovely after a day on the beach.

Fantastic stay.

We had a great time at this apartment. The views from the balcony are amazing. Everything is easy accessible. Super close to everything you need or want to do. Nos encantó el dueño muy presente en la comunicación y una persona realmente amable y simpática. Cómodo apartamento con todo lo necesario. limpio y bien mantenido. muy cerca se encuentra la playa y no muy lejos se puede llegar a la ciudad de benidorm caminando por la playa. hay muchos parques y museos tanto cerca como si tienes coche alicante murcia y valencia. Recomiendo este alojamiento a todo el mundo. Gracias de nuevo a los propietarios.

Un ricon en Benidorm que hay que conocer y una Cala Preciosa

El apartamento algo ajustado para 4 personas y una mascota, lo mejor del apartamento la terraza y las vistas y la comunicación con Michel, el propietario del apartamento, que tras hablar de algunos aspectos ......con él, se comprometió a mejorar algunas cosas, para hacer más confortable la estancia a los inquilinos. Fantastic apartment

This is our second visit to this apartment. It has everything you need. Very clean. Fabulous views of sea and mountain. Beautiful pool. Everywhere is spotless. La Cala Finestrat is lovely, plenty of bars and restaurants. Michell is very friendly. He messages and is always available if you need anything. People in the Agency are also very helpful. We would definitely return. Would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

The place is lovely and clean. The apartment can’t be faulted. The owners really have thought of everything to help your stay more comfortable. From a selection of pans and plates to beach things to an extra fan to keep cool. These things help. I can go on, But what makes this place perfect for me and my family is the location. The apartment is lovely. It has everything you need. Fabulous view from the balcony. It is at the top of some very steep steps. Or can access via the road which is better and is more of a gentle stroll. The apartment block is very clean and well maintained. There is a nice pool but it was too cold to go in. The apartment could have done with duvets for the beds as only had blankets. Could also have done with better towels and tea towels supplied. There is nothing in the kitchen ie. Washing up liquid or cloths etc. Wi fi is 22 euros a week or 35 - we were there for 10 days but had to pay for two weeks but it was very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and the owner Michel is very nice. He messaged to make sure all was ok and was very helpful and very friendly. Would definitely go back.

Quaint little flat with great views.

Has almost everything you need for a beach getaway. Well equipped kitchen, tv,(pay extra for foreign language channels}, internet for 22 euros a week. 7th floor with a lift and lovely balcony overlooking the town and beach. Be prepared to climb a few stairs up to the building. Could use some instructions for the washing machine and maybe some information about the buses, local car hire and shopping. Also know that there may not be any dishwasher soap, hand soap or washer soap. I think that anything that the previous renters may have left behind is taken away by the cleaning crew because I have never rented a place before that had nothing that had been left by the previous tenants. The owners are super considerate. Checking in with us a number of times during the stay to make sure that everything is OK. The rental office where the keys are picked up could have been a little more responsive. They were not open at the times that were published on their office door and we had to wait around to get the keys from them. All in all I highly recommend this flat because the price and location are unbeatable.
