This detached house near Kenmare sleeps six people in three bedrooms.
Oak Wood House is a detached house in Ballygriffin, two miles from Kenmare. The house has two double rooms, one with an en-suite and a balcony, and a twin room. There is a shower room on the first floor, and a cloakroom downstairs. Also downstairs is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with solid fuel stove. There is also a snug with stove and a sun room with sofa and dining area. This leads out to the garden, with a lawn, patio, picnic bench and ample space to run around or just relax and drink in the views. Oak Wood House is a great base for the amenities of Kenmare, or for exploring the Ring of Kerry, Wild Atlantic Way and beyond.
Amenities: Oil central heating with solid fuel stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, TV with Saorview, DVD. Fuel and power inc. in rent April to September inclusive (20 supplement October to March inclusive payable direct to owner). Starter pack for stoves inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Ample off road parking. Lawned gardens to front and side with patio and picnic bench. Gravel area to rear. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 2 miles. Note: Children need to be supervised when on the balcony. Check in time is 4pm.
