In the heart of Triesenberg, this cosy attic flat is in a central and quiet location. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away, with bus connections to Malbun and Vaduz. The holiday flat is an ideal starting point for hikes, and numerous excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity. The Malbun skiing area can be reached easily by bus.

Accommodation

The flat contains 3 individually designed bedrooms. The large family room with integrated bathroom is ideal for families. A great children's playground can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

The large double room with desk is also ideal as a study. The entire holiday flat is equipped with wifi. A direct internet connection for end devices is located right next to the desk.

The fully equipped kitchen with modern furnishings, a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and steamer invites you to cook.

The open and generously designed living and dining area offers enough space for up to 8 people in a cosy atmosphere. A large Tv and a Swedish open fireplace ensure cosy evenings in addition to the modern furnishings.

Two modern and comfortable bathrooms are available.
The bathroom integrated in the family room is equipped with a double washbasin, a large shower and a whirlpool bath.
The second bathroom is equipped with a large washstand with mirror cabinet, a large shower with massage jets and also has a washing machine and dryer.
For our little guests, a baby bath can also be provided by arrangement.
Both bathrooms are already equipped with a children's stool.

The apartment has full wheelchair access. But Triesenberg is a mountain community with steep roads. Therefore the area is only suitable for wheelchair users to a limited extent.

Surroundings/excursions

The whole region offers numerous excursion destinations and hiking tours, the idyllic Liechtenstein mountains offer something for everyone. In addition, the Alpstein mountains with the Hoher Kasten (revolving restaurant), Chäserrugg, Säntis and Appenzell are within easy reach. In winter, the Malbun ski area offers extensive ski and snowboard slopes as well as winter hiking trails and snowshoe tours. In Steg there are also cross-country ski trails and a toboggan run about 1 km long.


Numerous museums and castles invite you to visit. Excursion destinations suitable for children are: the climbing park in Triesen, the mini-golf course in Vaduz, the zoo in Feldkirch, the open-air swimming pool in Vaduz, the Gänglesee Steg, the Forscherweg in Malbun, the Walser-sagen-weg in Triesenberg, as well as many other great excursion destinations in the region.

The thermal bath Bad Ragaz and various indoor swimming pools, Vita-parcours or golf courses in the immediate vicinity.

The holiday flat is located 10 minutes by car from Vaduz, 5 minutes by car from Steg/malbun, 20 minutes by car from Buchs/werdenberg, 30 minutes by car from Feldkirch (At), 30 minutes by car from Chur/graubünden, 80 minutes by car from Zurich and is easy to reach in summer as well as in winter.

There are numerous restaurants in the community of Triesenberg/malbun. There is a bakery and a small supermarket for basic needs. For larger purchases, it is worth visiting a larger supermarket in the valley.
