The villa is accessed from two entrances: exclusive pedestrian and driveway leading to the property. The house is surrounded by a large garden with stepped areas, green lawn and large olive and carob trees. Entering a large, very large and bright living room with sofa, television, dining table. You then enter the kitchenette and continuing to the two double bedrooms. Beyond a large window another living room with double sofa bed, round dining table and wardrobe, going down the stairs from the double bedroom which leads to other areas of the garden and another bedroom with bed (2) basket beds. In front of the bedroom, in the garden, shower. Inside the area of the villa there are parking spaces for three / 4 cars.

Si accede alla villa da due ingressi : pedonale esclusivo e carrabile che porta alla proprietà. La casa è circondato da un ampio giardino con zone a gradoni, prato verde e grandi piante di olivi e carrubi. Entrando un grande salone molto ampio e luminoso con divano, televisore, tavola per il pranzo. Si accede poi al cucinino e proseguendo alle due camere da letto matrimoniali. Oltre una grande vetrata altro salone con divano letto matrimoniale, tavolo rotondo per il pranzo e armadio, scendendo le scale camera da letto matrimoniale dalla quale si accede ad altra zone del giardino e altra cameretta con letto (2) letti a cestello. Di fronte alla camera da letto, in giardino, doccia. Dentro l'area della villa posti macchina per tre/4 vetture.
