What impresses us most is the large glass surfaces on the walls, letting the sunlight get into space and offering unique views of nature!
Large wall-to-wall balcony doors offer direct access to the pool area, as well as an amazing pool and sea view, while relaxing on your sofa! Central air-conditioning and fast Wi-Fi connection will make your indoor living even more comfortable.
Here, we will also find a bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as a super modern, luxurious dining area to enjoy memorable meals with your family.
The open plan space offers direct access to the outdoor living room, located over the pool area, as well as to the outdoor dining area.

Upper floor

The upper floor hosts the impressive en-suite Master bedroom, boasting the design of a luxurious suite! Just lie down on the king-size bed, turn on the air-conditioning and let your eyes and soul get lost in the charming view of the ocean, the imposing mountains and the luxurious pool, offered through the large wall to wall glass doors!

On the lower floor, located at the pool level, we find a unique, lovely indoor garden with a glass roof, and the other three bedrooms of the villa. ✔ Welcome service. We will wait for you at the villa for the check-in whenever you arrive. A briefing and a map of the region will be given to you explaining where to go and what to see, depending on your preferences.
✔ A heated pool is offered for the months April, May and October, with extra cost 0f 60 euro. Advance notice of 1 week is required.
✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa.
✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price.
✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating.
✔ Cleaning service is offered every three to four days.
✔ Linen change. Bed sheets and bath towels are changed on cleaning day with new and fresh.
✔ Early check-in and late check-out possible upon request and subject to availability.
✔ No pets allowed
✔ Smoking permitted only outdoor spaces
✔ Upon arrival at the villa, we will ask you to present a copy of your passport and fill in the guest form.

Sited in the Akrotiri Cape Area, one of the most popular areas of Chania, the villa's location is a striking advantage for your holidays!

The wonderful family beach of Tersanas, with a tavern and canteen, is only 600 m. from the villa! The area also offers many more sandy beaches, within a 5min drive of the most famous of Kalathas and Stavros, with the two famous beaches of the "Lagoon" and the "Ocean". Swimming experience in all these organized beaches with umbrellas and sunbeds, snack bars, and soft music bars will make you stay at the beach all day, really unique. Seitan Beach will be an amazing adventure swimming experience for young people, as you will need a 10 min hike in the mountain to revel it.

Many Supermarkets, cafes, shops, taverns and restaurants are presented in the area which is a part of the Akrotiri cape with major town of Kounoupidiana (5km,10min) where you can find anything you like for your holidays. Moreover, all kinds of shops, supermarkets, grocery, taverns, butchers, banks, post, doctor, dentist, pharmacy and many more exist there.

Many more sandy beaches are within a very short drive time distance where you can also enjoy the landscape of Crete!

The capital Chania City is connected with all major cities of Crete by the national road, the nearest harbor is Souda (5 km) and the nearest airport is Chania Daskalogiannis Airport with code name CHQ (10 km). Heraklion International airport with the code name HER is also convenient (140km).
