Ideal for enjoying a few days in the countryside. The open-air public swimming pool, with good rates for visitors, is very close to the house.
The house is located in a very quiet street. You can park in the garage or in the open space next to the house.
You go up 4 steps into the house and come to the lounge-dining room which has a chaise-longue type of sofa, TV, decorative fireplace, wooden and metal dining table and chairs, and views of the countryside outside.
The well-equipped kitchen has all the appliances and utensils necessary for your stay, with a door leading to the patio outside and to the garage.
In the sleeping area there are two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Full bathroom with 2 sinks, toilet and walk-in shower. Above the bedrooms is a small open attic area which you can reach by going up a metal staircase.
OUTSIDE
A small outdoor patio with barbecue and a sliding metal door which leads to the open space next to the house and the garage where the laundry room and boiler are. From the garage you go up to a large sun-terrace with sun loungers and a parasol.

Location / area
The nearby area is well known for its cultural heritage and beautiful landscape. La Moixina is a natural spot of great geo-botanical interest, along with its springs and water, and this charming landscape has inspired numerous painters.
The house is also very close to the Garrotxa’s Volcanic Zone Natural Park, where you can explore a unique land of ancient volcanoes, beech woods, waterfalls and pools, along the many walking and cycling routes. You can also visit the medieval villages and other interesting sites of Santa Pau, the Castellfollit de la Roca viewpoint, Llierca bridge, the Fageda d’en Jordà (beech woods) or the Tosca Pedra Park, among others.
We shouldn’t forget to mention the typical gastronomy offered by the local restaurants, and a very lively cultural heritage. A region well worth exploring.
