On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchen with induction cooktops, the living room, and the first bathroom, fully equipped with all amenities.
On the ground floor are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom, which includes a terrace for basic needs.

Upon request, a travel cot and high chair are available for children.
Parking is 50 metres from the house, in the town square, and is free.
Also in the square, you’ll find the town hall, the post office, and the church.
Continuing straight ahead takes you into the open countryside, where you can go for walks, to Lake Gabriella, where you can fish for trout, and to the sports complex with football fields.
If you turn left instead, you’ll find, in order: the tobacco shop, the pizzeria-restaurant AL MARCHESE DEI GRILLI, the hair salon, the bakery (located past the schools), the auto repair shop, and the blacksmith’s shop.
