Functional kitchen of 10m2 fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave and induction hob,
Large living / dining room of 43 m2 with bay window of 4m opening onto a large terrace and a garden of 250m2.
2 bedrooms upstairs (2 double beds).
Large mezzanine upstairs above the living room (sleeps 5 people - 2 double beds and a single bed).

Ruim en comfortabel ingericht vakantiehuis. Zowel keuken als badkamer zijn voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Badkamer met ligbad en douche. Er is zelfs een haardroger aanwezig. De keuken is ruim en van alle comfort voorzien (uitgebreid servies, vaatwasser, oven, microgolf, gourmetstel, koffiezet, broodrooster...) Wasmachine en strijkijzer zijn ook aanwezig. Aangename slaapkamers met goede bedden. Alles heel netjes. Ruime afgesloten tuin met barbecue en ligzetels. Leuk voor huisdieren. Zeer centrale ligging van het huis, dicht bij zee en horeca. Zeer vriendelijk onthaal

Maison et accueil impeccables - jardin parfaitement clôturé pour des animaux, conforme à l'annonce - une petite suggestion : enlever le moche séchoir à linge parapluie (qui n'est plus rétractable) planté en permanence dans le jardin au bord de la terrasse !

Hebergement au top tout etait parfait on etait bien a 50m de la mer comme indiqué mais dommage beaucoup plage de galets et meteo pas trop chaude mais ca on ny peut rien(pas de baignade)

Séjour très agréable vu la localisation et la sérénité de l'environnement. L'équipement très complet de la maison et sa propreté rigoureuse ajoutent au plaisir des vacances. Le petit plus: le jardin complètement clôturé et soigné donne une note d'intimité.

Wundervolles Haus in wundervoller Umgebung

Obwohl das Haus nahe am Strand und nahe zum Geschäftszentrum des Dorfes Audresseles liegt, ist es wunderbar ruhig und wir genossen die Stille und Entschleunigung. Trotzdem konnte man in vielen kleinen Restaurants sehr gut essen und in der kleinen Epicerie alles für den täglichen Bedarf bekommen. Der Strand lag vor der Haustür und das Meer und die Buchten atemberaubend. Haus und Gegend nur zu empfehlen.

Es war sehr schön in Audresselle. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und dem Meer so nah gefühlt . Gerne kommen wir nochmal in Madame Selberts Haus.

Zauberhaft

Wir haben wundervolle Tage in diesem zentral und doch so ruhig gelegenen schönen Haus verbracht. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Der große, geschützte Garten war für uns und auch unsere beiden Hunde sehr entspannend. Die Atmosphäre im Ort ist herzlich. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super Lage, gut ausgestattetes Haus, toller Garten, sehr nette Übergabe. Nur dass die Bettdecken alle Kingsize sind ist schwierig. Eine Bettdecke pro Person wäre angenehmer. Aber das ist vielleicht zu deutsch gedacht. ;-)
