Unit 615 - Located on the 6th floor of Tower 1 with a beach front balcony off of the living room that has a magnificent view of the Gulf, seen from the dining area as well as the kitchen. This condo has all new tile flooring throughout. The master suite features Gulf Front view, king size bed with a NEW extra thick, luxury mattress, HDMI TV with a DVD player, access to the unit's private balcony boasting a beautiful beachfront view, and a master bathroom with a jetted bathtub/shower combo. The guest bedroom has 2 full size beds, great for children or your additional company, and HDMI TV with a DVD player. The spacious guest bathroom has a full size shower/tub combo. The unit's fully equipped spacious kitchen makes meal preparation as if you were at home and a dining table for seating of 6 people, or enjoy the Gulf Front view from your private balcony while you eat from the lovely Trex Patio Furniture. For additional bedding, the living room has a full size sleeper sofa also. All units have a full size washer and dryer, WiFi, and cable television. Please no smoking or pets allowed on property.

Great location

We loved our stay! The unit was close to the elevator and easily accessible. It was quiet and we could not hear our neighbors. I was nervous about the master bed as some reviews said it was uncomfortable but we loved it. The unit was clean and had good accommodations. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils. I do wish there was a little more cleaning supplies (dish soap, multipurpose clear for the counters, etc). We did not use the pool or any of the condos other facilities. In the description it mentioned having a storage closet for beach chairs/etc but we did not have access to that. All in all I would recommend the rental and would visit again.

Beach Stay

The overall area, the building, and the beach are nice. The AC in the condo is wicked good. Would consider going to this area and this building again. The only thing that needs to be addressed in this condo is the king sized mattress in the master bedroom. As soon as I walked in I could see that the mattress was sagging in the middle. Mattress and box spring needs to be replaced immediately. You spend 6-8 hours a day in bed and you shouldn't need to constantly fight rolling into the middle. Never did get a good night's sleep. Also, on a king or queen bed, the box spring really needs a center support leg to prevent sagging long term. Even though mattress and box springs are not cheap, please replace ASAP. It impacts the overall quality of the stay in this condo.

Enjoyed our stay on Perdido Key beach.

The condo was clean and comphy. We loved the view of the ocean, sitting on the balcony listening to the waves and of course the beach itself. The condo gave us the ocean front access we were looking for, yet still had easy access to the grocery store and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Neat, clean condo with great view

My only complaint was no data service but wifi worked except for making calls and took little getting use to dripping of AC drain. Overall we enjoyed!

Beautiful view

We really enjoyed our stay. Location and property were really nice. Balcony with ocean view was the best! We really loved it all. One small complaint is that furniture (bedroom and living room) was very uncomfortable so sleeping a little better would have made our stay fully incredible.

Great Week at Perdido Key

This is a great property with a great location. Everything about this condo is exactly as described. The ocean view is amazing. The location is great with grocery store, ice, restaurants and seafood market within 5 minute drive. The condo is stocked with everything you need just as described. The master bed is alright but wish it was more comfortable. I’ve slept on much worse. The living room furniture is not comfortable and needs to be replaced. We had 5 people and wanted to visit before going to bed and the seating is not good. The balcony furniture is nice and we spent a lot of night time out there. The only negative about the property is they did not enforce their private beach policy with the need for an armband to be on the beach. It’s crowded enough without people that aren’t paying for the private beach setting up their chairs in front of you. Overall it was a very nice stay.

Almost perfect

The Sandy Key staff were beyond helpful and courteous. We would definitely stay there again but not in the same unit. The master bedroom looked like it was decorated like my great grandma decorated it. Needs updates. The bed was comfortable but decor was off putting. The rest was cute and had everything we needed. The master bathroom sink made a loud bumping noise if you turned it on too much. The balcony furniture was rusty in places ( understandable with salt air) but some was bad. We had a great time and would definitely stay at this place again, just a different unit.

Great Condo for a perfect spring break!

We thoroughly enjoyed out vacation at Sandy Key 615. The complex was clean, quiet, and very family friendly. The staff was very welcoming and courteous. The condo itself was perfect for four people. It was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were extremely comfortable. We hope to stay at Sandy Key 615 in the future.

Our favorite area for a relaxing vacation. Sandy Key 615 is clean, well appointed, with everything you need to allow the waves to soothe you. The area is quiet, perfect for all types of vacationers with outside entertainment of all kinds close by. Employees of SK are friendly and attentive, going above and beyond. Wonderful place

This was a really nice place, we enjoyed our week here. The Condo was very clean and we loved the decor, the kitchen had everything we needed. The best seating in the living room was the loveseat sized couch but we mostly stayed on the balcony when we were in the condo. Most places have small.balconies but this one was nice and big, our only issue which had nothing to do with the condo but always be aware of people above you, there were smokers dropping ashes on our arms when we were standing at the rail looking at the ocean. Loved this place, the people in the office were very nice,we will definitely stay again.

Overall impression of the property

The condo was comfortable and we loved the balcony - spent most of our time there when we were inside. The floors weren't very clean and one of the ladies found a pair of men's underwear between her bed and the wall. We had trouble with 2 of the tvs - living room and small bedroom. A lady from maintenance came and found we were missing the tv remote in the living room - we could turn it on and off with the switch on the back of the tv. The one in the bedroom didn't have a cable box so she called Cox Cable to come out the next day. She said she would be with them when the came into the condo so that we didn't have to stay in and wait for them. However, I guess the Cox Cable person didn't know that - they came and left a note on the door that said nobody was home. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was good. Furniture was comfortable. Overall, we still enjoyed it very much.

Fabulous View and Excellent Location

Loved the view from the sixth floor. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed for and enjoyable stay. The kitchen had newer appliances, the dining area was perfect for the four of us. There were two bar stools there but they didn’t look of feel strong enough for a person to sit on but strong enough for about anything else. The master bathroom was good except that the curtain rod had some rust on it and the curtain would get stuck sometimes but that was it for the bathrooms. The TV in the living room seemed small for the living room but fit nicely into the room and was the right size. The TV’s in the bedrooms were actually small but we didn’t use the anyway. This was a family vacation so we mostly all stayed in the living room rather than in separate rooms. The only Con was the clothes washer and dryer. Both were old and noisy. The dry didn’t seem to dry very well as it took two cycles to dry anything. But, the most important question is would we rent the condo again: Yes, without any hesitations. The washer and dryer were only a minor inconvenience.

Sandy Key 615

Our family enjoyed our stay in Sandy Key 615. The condo unit was very nice and well suited to our family of 4 adults. We especially enjoyed the balcony and ocean view. The kitchen was well equipped so we could 'cook in' comfortably. We suggest providing dish soap for the kitchen so that it is convenient and easy to clean up the dishes. Also, on site recycling would be a nice addition to the Sandy Key facility.
