A warm welcome to Hok and this summer idyll in beautiful Småland. The cottage is located in a quiet cottage area with a pasture just outside where three horses currently live. Enjoy the evening sun and sunset over lake Norresjö. When the evening approaches, you can enjoy the wood-fired hot tub. You take water from the lake to fill the hot tub because the cottage has a dug well that does not have the capacity to supply the hot tub. The cabin is in good condition with an inviting kitchen with a kitchen island that invites you to cook and socialize. Dinner can either be enjoyed in the dining room or in the glazed conservatory. Airy living room with large glass section that smoothly slides to the side to really enjoy the fantastic view. On the entrance floor you will also find a hall with underfloor heating, a fresh bathroom with shower, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating. In addition, there are bedrooms with two beds in a pull-out sofa bed (80 cm +80 cm). On the second floor you will find a larger bedroom with three single beds, a bathroom with WC, sink and washing machine and in addition you have a master bedroom with a double bed (180 cm). In the annex you have the wood-burning sauna, sofa and a double bed (140 cm). You can buy firewood directly from the owner on site, otherwise you can buy in the nearest town. We ask you to be sparing with the water as it is from own well. We also want to draw your attention to the fact that you may only flush ordinary toilet paper down the toilets, otherwise the otherwise there will be a blockage in the drain. Thanks for your consideration! There are both gas grills and charcoal grills. If you wish to use the grills, you buy gas and/or coal yourself. There is a rowing boat that can be rented from the owner. Take a cozy rowing trip on the small lake. If you wish to fish, you can buy a fishing license from the farmer. Down by the beach you have a small cafe table. Wonderful place to enjoy the sunset every evening during the summer. There is much to discover in the immediate area. Visit Hok's manor for good food, spa and fantastic surroundings. If you want more activity, you can rent canoes in Svenarum. Take a day in Jönköping for shopping, culture and a dip in Vättern's clear and lovely waters. Popular destinations for families with children are Astrid Lindgren's world (110 km), High Chaparall (55 km) or why not Borås zoo (120 km). In summary, this is a real summer gem with large social areas, high standard with both a wood-burning sauna and a wood-burning hot tub. A warm welcome to your holiday accommodation and beautiful Hok!
