Welcome to Murphy's Holt in the heart of County Down in the historic town of Dromore. This is the perfect central location (just 3 minutes from the A1 motorway to Dublin/Belfast) for family visits business or pleasure. Our 2 bed house will sleep 4 guests in comfort in two double bedrooms. The home has recently been completely renovated in luxurious style and is equipped with every amenity to make for an unforgettable stay.
Relax
Guest comfort and safety is our top priority. We use a professional cleaning company who adhere to all Airbnb cleaning protocols and our apartment and linens are all professionally cleaned and laundered after each stay . The apartment also has smoke alarms.
Living Room
The apartment has an comfortable living room with dining table, comfortable seating and access through french doors to outside.
For your comfort and entertainment the living room provides a smart TV, complimentary Wifi, 3 seater sofa and comfy chairs, and table with 4 chairs.
Kitchen
There is a full kitchen with conventional oven, hob, microwave oven, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Tea and coffee are included with French press coffee making facilities. Complimentary snacks are provided to extend a warm welcome.
Bedroom 1
The main bedroom has a premium King size bed, black out blinds, wardrobe & rail, Wifi , hairdryer, and vanity unit.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom has a double bed, black out blinds, Wifi access, clothing rail & dressing table.
Bathroom
The well equipped and convenient tiled bathroom has a bath with electric shower, sink, toilet, and is provided with complimentary toiletries.
The home is kept cozy with oil fired central heating which ensures on demand hot water.

While normal check in is from 4pm and check out is 11am I will endeavour to provide leeway on these timings when this is possible . Just let me know closer to your visit.
Driving
Our apartment is easily accessible from the M1 motorway and there is a private onsite car park attached to the complex .
Flying
Our home is 20 mins from Belfast City George Best Airport, 35 minutes from Belfast International Airport and 1hr 10ins from Dublin airport.
Vivo convenience store, Supervalue on Banbridge Road & a variety of fast food take-aways and restaurants, cafe's & bars are all walking distance.
House Rules
The property is fitted with smoke detectors and No Smoking is permitted in the apartment at any time.
Strictly no parties are allowed and no visitors or unregistered guests are to be brought to the property without the express permission of the host.
Please respect other residents right to peace and quiet at all times, and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
If you do not abide by these rules you may forfeit the security deposit and in certain cases be asked to vacate the property.
Check out Procedure
Check out is by 11 AM. A time will be agreed with you at check in to return the key.
All dishes should be washed and returned to the cupboards where you found them.
All waste is to be brought to the bin store on within the complex and waste sorted into food waste and recyclables (sorting guide is in the guest directory).
Our cleaning contractor will charge extra for removing waste and washing dirty dishes, and any extras will be charged against the security deposit.
