This modern basement flat has plenty of space with the added bonus of a private sun soaked garden complete with a luxury sofa and table and chairs. The beach and the iconic grade II listed clock tower are literally a stone throw away. The pier is less than a 5 minute walk and provides a bustling place where fun can found for all the family. You can choose from a wide range of delicious meals, enjoy the funfair rides or browse the numerous retail huts.

The property has a large bay window living room complete with a 49 inch Smart TV and a comfortable king size sofa bed. Windows have black out blinds so that the room can be easily transformed into a bedroom.

The spacious bedroom has a luxury Kingsize bed with a garden view window.
