Our Picasuss studios are located in the Gaucín residential area of ​​Málaga so you can get to know our beautiful city as if you were a local from Málaga. Around you will find all kinds of services: supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, restaurants. An island of tranquility within an authentic and popular neighborhood.
Just 50 meters from the studios you will find the Torcal Metro station from where you can reach the Cathedral station in just 10 minutes. In turn, the studios are very close to the Victoria Kent Train Station with direction to various destinations on the Costa del Sol.The Antonio Banderas beach and promenade 800 meters away in a straight line (10 min walk) with a multitude of beach bars, restaurants, bars, tapas, sports areas, etc.The decoration of these studios has been carefully cared for, pampering every detail and every corner with an Industrial-Urban style.The 3.85 meter ceilings give it great visual breadth and the large windows give it great light.The 33 m2 studios have: double bed measuring 150 x 190, private bathroom with shower, glass partition and hairdryer. The living room area has a 140 x 190 spring sofa bed, 43-inch Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, freezer, microwave with grill, washing machine, Italian coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.Hot and cold air split in bedroom and living room area.Free high speed wifi. Iron, ironing board, clothesline.They are located on the ground floor so they have easy access for people with reduced mobility, as well as baby strollers.Highlights: lots of light, tranquility and brand new. Everything has been designed so that you only have to worry about enjoying yourself.
To consider:Check-in time is from 3:0PM to 9:00PM.
To collect the keys, we offer two options: 1- Pick up the keys at the office free of charge (Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia 6, Málaga)
2- meet us at the studio. This last service has an extra charge of EUR 50 payable upon arrival.

You can leave your luggage at our office on Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia nº 6 (Málaga).
All guests over 16 years of age will be required to sign the police log.
Please do not forget that we will ask for a refundable deposit upon arrival. This deposit will have to be paid by credit card.
