Fantastic 4-bedroom house with private swimming pool in Cambrils, just 50 metres from the beach.
Casa del Sol is an individual house with 4 bedrooms all located on the ground floor. (The first floor is closed).

Nice living and dining room with modern open and well-equipped kitchen, as well as 2 bathrooms with shower.
Outside, the house has a lovely private swimming pool measuring 5 x 2.5 and a pleasant terrace with chairs, table and sun loungers for sunbathing and a large barbecue.
It is undoubtedly the ideal house for large families who want to enjoy the privacy of an individual house and the convenience of being located just a few steps from the beach and the sea.
