Situated in a quiet, peaceful suburban area in the village of Barleythorpe (adjoining the town of Oakham). Play areas/parks and very little traffic around.

Two double bedrooms, one with en-suite. Main bathroom has a bath. Large lounge, large kitchen and additional downstairs bathroom.

Lounge has Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney+, All4 and all the other usual streaming services.
