Perfect location only minutes from the main train station in Venice. Close to many restaurants and shops. Less than 30min walk to St. Mark Square. Balcony in first floor common area overlooks the Grand Canal and is a great place to have a cocktail watching the many boats go by.

We couldn't find the place at first. But it was very clean & comfortable. Shower ran hot and cooler, though.
