About this property
Cosy Remote Cabin with Hot tub and Swimming Pool in vast private space, for 10
Alfie Acres is set in 5 acres of private green land, in a remote location 2 miles from Ely centre.
Spacious inside and out.
Gas central heating & Exclusive use of the private pool included from 1st March until The 1st of October each year. Added bonus of the exclusive use of the luxury Hot Tub to enjoy all year round!
You can also bring your well behaved dog with you although we do request a deposit beforehand for this.
We have not increased our prices due to rising costs. To ensure we can continue to do this, we ask that all guests are vigilant and not wasteful with electric items and heating.
There is Enough space for 8 adults and two children. (Or 10 adults if they don’t mind bunk beds!) A Large detached single storey unique and cosy 4 bedroom property; with a pool table in the hallway and country kitchen and wooden beams in the open plan living / kitchen room. There are three double beds, one king size bed and a children’s bedroom with bunk beds and double sofa bed in the living room.

Surrounding gardens with outdoor seating areas and bar b q.
The other side garden has climbing frame and trampoline for the children, plus football goals for the boys/girls! Please take note - that we accept no responsibility for any injuries that may happen. If you or your children choose to play on the equipment provided, or the swimming pool / hot tub, it is at your own risk. I know this sounds harsh, but it has to be worded like this to protect us from false claims.
Behind the property is the rear area; laid with artificial grass and undercover area, outside fridge freezer, (during summer months) for cold drinks, ice and ice creams; with steps leading to the pool area, surrounding by decking and railings. (Open from March to October)
The pool is filtered and chlorinated to keep it fresh and clear and the water changed every year.
Parking is plentiful. It’s a very spacious and secluded spot, with wonderful sunsets and sunrises to enjoy.
Alfie Acres is unique and quirky. Nothing matches! No modern units or shining glossy cupboards! The beauty of Alfie Acres is the country feel - a barn style stay for the comfort and privacy of the location. A real family home from home, somewhere to relax and enjoy time with friends and loved ones. If you are looking for a minimalist, modern, all things matching holiday then Alfie Acres isn’t for you.
If any problems arise during your stay, we do our utmost to fix them and we have a policy that, if any issues are sorted within 2 hours of reporting them, then no refunds or discounts can be claimed. If you do not report a problem, please don’t expect to be compensated after you have left for something we could of amended during your stay. We REALLY want you to enjoy your holiday with us, but we also have to protect our business from potential scams. Unfortunately they do happen.
Parties, excessive noise and drunk and disorderly behaviour will not be tolerated. We expect a high level or respect for our property and everyone around it. If you intend to disregard this warning and intend to break these rules please do not attempt to book, you will be asked to leave during your stay and will not be refunded. We want you to have the best time possible, but not to the detriment of the property and neighbours.
Access for guests is a total of 4 parking spaces, leaving the driveway clear at all times. You have the side and rear gardens to yourself, the pool and playground, under cover smoking / seating area.
