The living area is spacious and furnished to a very high standard. Double and single bedrooms with luxurious mattresses and bed linen. Fully fitted kitchen and shower room. Unique large roof terrace. This apartment is the perfect base for a holiday or business trip to the wonderful city of Edinburgh.

Great location, very walkable into city center though slightly up hill. Neighborhood has great cafés, grocery stores, and local shopping if interested. Also has multiple dining out options from fast food to finer dining or your classic pub. Safe, walked home at night, every night, and never worried about anybody I ran into.Host has great communication and responds very quickly if there are any issues or questions.The unit was great for my uncle and I as a home base to explore Edinburgh. We visited during the a really cold week so we had to get the heaters working when we arrived, once they caught up the space was comfortable for the rest of the trip. Didnt get to really enjoy the outdoor space because of the weather but could definitely see the perks of it when its warmer out. Very clean space, comfortable beds, and kitchen was equipped for how much we intended on using it.

Stellar apartment and fantastic location

Our first trip to Scotland and it couldn’t have been better. We stayed 2 full weeks at Simon’s charming apartment. The apartment had everything we needed and we enjoyed the terrace. Stockbridge is the local village with a fish & meat shop as well as two grocers and lots of restaurants and shops including several bookstores. Only short distance to Royal Botanic Garden and Waters of Leith Walkway. Easy access to Edinburgh city Centre via bus. Perfect! Thank you, Simon!

Cozy place with an incredible balcony!

A friend and I stayed here for 3 nights. It's a perfect spot for 2 people. We were blessed with great weather so we got to take advantage of the awesome private balcony one night. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Side note: The bathroom is tight. If you are a taller, bigger person you may find it a bit tricky to maneuver. Just a heads up!
