Set in a top location offering the iconic street scenes of Valletta. This 3-bedroom townhouse has 2 bathrooms and is ideal for families, couples and groups who wish to have a comfortable, relaxing and central stay. This property newly decorated is fully serviced and equipped and is operated by a property manager guaranteeing you a clean and hassle-free stay.

The townhouse is set on 3 floors having its entrance accessible by stairs only from the street level. From the entrance (ground floor) the lay-out consists of a kitchen leading to an open dining and living area. A staircase will lead to the lower and upper floor. The lower consists of a laundry area, a bathroom and a double bedroom. The upper floor consists of the master-bedroom with en-suite bathroom and an original Maltese balcony offering street views and another double bedroom. The townhouse rents fully equipped and furnished including a washing machine, wifi, a TV, fire blanket and smoke detectors in each room. Guests are provided with clean bedlinnen and an extra set of clean bedlinen, a set of clean towels, sanitary supplies (toilet paper, hand soap, garbage bags etc.), washing powder and cleaning detergents and materials. Upon request, extra cleaning and laundry is provided upon extra charge of the cleaning fee.

We offer a self-check-in procedure. The official check-in time is 4PM. We outsource the cleaning and preparation of the property. For security reasons and upon the cleaning staff' own request, it is not possible to check-in or leave luggage before the cleaning staff is ready. As soon as the cleaning staff is ready they will notify us by which we can send you the code for the keybox to check-in. For this reason we cannot guarantee that you can check-in before 4PM and we will only know if it is possible on the actual day of your check-in. If you would like to leave your luggage we recommend that you book a luggage storage space online.

We provide a self check-in for guests leaving detailed instructions upon booking confirmation and inside the apartment. The keys can be collected from a secure key-box with combination code that is attached to the facade. Upon booking confirmation we will provide you with the code. If you encounter any issues with the self-check-in procedure we will come over to assist you at all times. Please bring your passports or ID cards of all the guests staying in the apartment. Please note that water and electricity is included in the price but we urge you to make sure that the airco's are switched off when you leave the apartment.

Valletta is the touristic, historical and art center of Malta. Here you will find the finest restaurants, musea's, shops, cathedrals, churches etc.

Getting to the apartment is a short walk once you reach the Valletta city gates. If you take the bus (2€ single ticket) from the Airport take the 71, 72 or 73 straight to Valletta. The bus ride will take apprx. 20 - 30 min. depending on traffic or take a taxi with ecabs (21€) or Bolt (appr. 18€) which should take around 15 min. with normal traffic.

This property is managed by DeVink Estates. We are available to help out with any information and assistance (off-site and on-site) related to the property. For after office hours assistance we offer an emergency number. Upon booking we send a booking confirmation with further check-in instructions and refer to our official website on Malta tourist related events and information.

Official check-out is latest 10AM. Our cleaning staff is outsourced and they schedule their appointments to on the check-out day 10AM regardless of whether new guests arrive on the same day or not. If you wish to stay longer you can ask us to check if this is possible. In case we do not have a new check-in on the same day we will contact the cleaning staff to ask them to reschedule the cleaning. If (and only if) the cleaning staff agrees to reschedule we can allow you to stay until latest 4PM at an extra fee of €50 euros.

Please note that there are a number of luggage storage terminals in Malta where you can store luggage in the event that you wish to store your luggage before check-in time or after check-out. We supply this information on our website upon booking confirmation. Storage in the property (before check-in or after check-out) is not possible.
