Villa Emily is located in Saint Stephanos, Corfu. This detached

Villa Emily, with its castle-like architecture complete with a
crenulated tower, opens to a living room, dining area, and kitchen. On
this floor, there are two twin bedrooms, one of which has an en suite
bathroom, and a family bathroom. Hidden in the tower is the en suite
master bedroom, boasting its own terrace and stunning 360-degree views.

The living room has a ornamental fireplace, dining area, comfortable
sofas, TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace
with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen features a toaster, coffee maker, granite work top, washing
machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and oven. There
is also a barbecue outside.

arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.

Had an amazing family holiday at Villa Emily. The place looks as good as the pictures. The views are incredible and the area around the villa is so quiet and beautiful. The pool was great for the kids and Alexander the property manager was also super helpful. Some of the property is a bit dated - one of the showers didn't work that well - but overall we loved it. Only caveat is that the area is very hilly so you need a car to travel to restaurants and beaches etc.

The private swimming pool was a hit, especially with kids. Enough far from the crowd places but still near to almost everything: beaches, local places to visit, restaurants, tavernas, bars. The Villa is great and well-equipped, I absolutely loved it!! Highly recommended!

Not rated excellent because for the price the interior is a little tired and no basic provisions. 1 dishwasher tablet, tiny bit of washing up liquid. No washing tabs. Small salt & pepper only.Had to buy everything. Otherwise beautiful location, very private, fantastic pool, very clean, having the cleaner arrive every 3 days is a bit intrusive.

Really cannot fault our stay and will be returning. When we arrived, we couldnt believe how accurate the property listing was. The villa was spotless, modern, and roomy, with everything youll need for a pleasant holiday. Also a wonderful pool! It was clean and a great size with plenty of space around to get the sun. There were many excellent beaches nearby and also a huge selection of restaurants, cafes, bars, and shops within walking distance. This was our first time with this agency and we would recommend them to anyone.

Ok, but no A/C, too many bugs, dodgy wi-fi

My family stayed for one week in August when the temperature was around 35 degrees all day. We wanted a property with A/C - it's listed as having A/C but I think that's misleading as it's only in the bedrooms. No A/C in the main living area so we found the days unbearably hot. There was a storm in the middle of our stay and the wi-fi went down and it never came back on - im not blaming the property on the storm but Im pretty sure the whole island didn't lose wi-fi for 4 days. Again, not anyone's 'fault' but be aware that there are a lot of bugs inside and outside. Bush crickets and grasshoppers (cute), wasps and ants (annoying) and hornets (slightly scary with young children). The swimming pool is great and we enjoyed the bbq. In general, the villa is very comfortable and well maintained. The location is good for exploring the nearby beaches and town of Kassiopi which is 10 minutes drive away. The views from the villa are beautiful. Also - I didn't know that in Greece (maybe just Corfu) you can't flush your used toilet paper down a toilet so you have to put it in a bin. Obviously we didn't want to have a bin full of smelly toilet paper overnight, particularly given the heat and bugs, but there isn't an outside bin (only bins for recycling). We therefore had to empty all the bins each evening, stick them in the boot of the car and drive them to some large road-side bins about 5 minutes away. Not the most fun thing to do when you're on holiday with your family.

Ganz fantastische Lage, sehr geräumige Unterkunft, innen etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa hoch über dem Meer mit einer Traumlage. Die Außenanlage war groß, gepflegt, ein toller großer Pool, eine ganz fantastische Aussicht. Küche sehr geräumig, allerdings etwas muffig, Körbe im Geschirrspüler werden laut Vermieter wohl erneuert. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Schlafzimmer alle groß genug, je mit eigenem Bad, alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratzen sind bequem. Auto ist auf jeden Fall dringend zu empfehlen. Einkauf mit dem Auto in der Nähe kein Problem, tolle Strände und super Restaurants ebenfalls kurze Strecken mit dem Auto. Insel Korfu ist ein Traum, tolle Wanderwege und sehr abwechslungsreiche Natur. Blick nach Albanien ganz fantastisch.
