The space
This modern-designed property offers a comfortable and stylish retreat, complete with well-furnished and spacious interiors. The bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate various sleeping arrangements.

There are two bedrooms with double beds, providing a cozy and restful space for couples or individuals. Additionally, there is a twin room, perfect for friends or siblings traveling together. Another bedroom features one single bed and a pull-out bed, offering flexibility for families or larger groups. Each bedroom provides ample storage space for your clothes.

Enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs, and indulge in the small front courtyard, furnished with outdoor seating and a BBQ, perfect for soaking up the sun and indulging in al fresco dining.

Additional rules
Thank you for your interest in our property, we would like to remind you that as per our House Rules, we observe a strict no party policy; Gatherings, parties or social events are prohibited in our home. Should such events occur (or be reported during your stay), please note that you would be liable for any damages to the property and you might be subject to loss of deposit and eviction regardless of the check-out date, the moment any such activities are reported.

Our home is in a residential area and maintaining a positive relationship with our community is important to us. Thank you for your understanding.

Accidents happen, so If during your stay any breakages occur, please let us know as soon as possible so that replacements may be provided in time for the next guest's arrival.

Please could we ask that NO hanging decorations/banners be put up on the property?
We try to cater to all guests so If you intend on bringing a dog please let us know and you would need to agree to these additional rules:
An additional cleaning fee of £30 is required.
- No dogs on furniture or upstairs.
- All dog fouls are to be immediately disposed of in the proper manner.
- It is preferred that the dog sleeps in a dedicated bed.
- Dogs must not be left unattended for long periods or overnight.
- We do not accept dogs that are prone to barking as they disturb the neighbors.
- Evidence of not adhering to these rules may incur an additional charge and you may even be evicted, regardless of your checkout date, depending on the severity.

Important: We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details and ID through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a £40 non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.
