Located in a noble and quiet area on the outskirts of the city of Ponta Delgada (at 4Km), 5 minutes walk from the beaches (Praia do Pópulo and Praia das Milícias), with excellent viability for surfing, walking, cycling, skating, among other sports . Located 2 minutes walk from the church, supermarket / bar, horse riding and bus stops. Excellent opportunity!
