Carlisle is a vibrant northern university city, which attracts visitors all year round for: city breaks, Hadrian's Wall walking holidays; cycle path visitors, contracting and corporate workers in the area as well as those looking for a convenient stop whilst travelling between Scotland and England and vice versa. You will enjoy a range of bars, restaurants, shops, health spas, theatres, beautiful parks and a wealth of cultural experiences.

Eden House is a large and unique property with all 4 bedrooms enjoying a modern ensuite shower room and smart TV.
Northern Stays specialises in providing beautiful and affordable group accommodation and Eden House is no exception. Although located on the busy but convenient A639, the property is triple glazed and quiet.
The rear of the property backs onto to lovely countryside and there are country views from all aspects.
The centre of the house is graced by a grand stair case and traditional stained glass window.
Expect traditional interiors with a modern twists and a few beautiful period pieces as is our house style here at Northern Stays. Our large four poster room is very popular with guests.The property has an enclosed back garden and plenty of space for 'off road 'parking .Expect Northern Stays vibe: huge properties; a games room; en-suite bathrooms and smart TV's in each bedroom; outdoor seated area and stylish interiors .

Park Broom Lodge is an Edwardian Merchant's house dating back to 1904. It has had many previous lives including : a guest house, hotel and restaurant, but is now proud to have transitioned into three large comfortable and characterful serviced accommodation properties.. The houses face south over farmland and although situated on the A6 are surrounded by lovely countryside views. To the rear of the houses are private secure gardens surrounded by mature trees in spacious grounds. Each house has off road parking perfect ,for contractor accommodation ,and outdoor areas.
