This cottage is located within a completely fenced property (2 hectares), within full nature, private swimming pool, half built in earth with a wooden platform (oval, 7.30 x 3.75m, depth: 1.30m). The perfect choice for families with children, a quiet and sunny spot, being only 1 km from groceries and restaurants away.
The whole house extends on the ground floor: spacious living room with couch, dining table, SAT-TV, kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee brewer, coffee machine with tabs, kettle, toaster, 3 big windows – 2 are facing the garden – therefore a very bright ambiance. The garden is equipped with deckchairs, table, chairs, gazebo (on the backside) with table and chairs, traditional brick barbeque. Views onto the surrounding hills.
Night area: 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin and washing machine. 1 twin bedroom (beds con be put together), 1 single bedroom (possibility of 1 additional bed), 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, basin. Unlimited WiFi access is included; there is also a highchair, baby bed and baby tub.
The swimming pool is located among the olive trees, a few steps from the house away. The private pool is at the exclusive use of the guests; half built in earth with a wooden platform (oval 7.30 x 3.75m, depth: 1.30m) equipped with deckchairs, sunbeds and sun-umbrella.
Well-cared furnishings in Tuscan style. Parking within the grounds. The owners live in the nearby stone cottage; they do not use the garden and swimming pool and respect to the full the guests’ privacy.
