Diana 905. Superb south-facing one-bedroom apartment with amazing sea views.

This very popular building is located right above the Paseo Marítimo (maritime promenade), in the heart of Marbella. The complex has communal gardens with a swimming pool. It is surrounded by local bars, restaurants, shops, etc., and is approximately a 10-minute stroll from the Old Town and Orange Square.

The apartment comprises; access to the ninth floor by lift or stairs. Entering we have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, dishwasher, oven, dishes, pots... you will feel at home. Modern bathroom with shower. Large living room with TV ( no Smart TV) and dining area. Bedroom with two single beds and closet to accommodate your belongings. Access to the terrace from the bedroom and from the living room with magnificent views of the sea, there is no building in Marbella closer to the sea.

🌐 The apartment has its own Wi-Fi, ideal for working remotely.

❄ Private A/C. There are two units in the bedroom and in the living room.

🏊‍♀️ The pool is open from the 15th of June to the 15th of September, both inclusive. The pool hours are from 12 pm until 8 pm.

🔑 Check-in (from 4pm): the keys will be in a key box at our office. We will provide instructions prior to your arrival. Please provide an estimated arrival time at least 48h before. The apartment is about 5 minutes walk from the office.

🛌 Bed linen and a set of towels (including beach/pool towel) per guest are included in the rental price.

🚗 The property has NO PARKING included. There are 2 public parkings in the area that you are welcome to book on line, called Parking Arias Maldonado and Parking El Molino (external company). Once you book the apartment, you will receive the parking link written in the automated message.
