This semi-detached house, located in a gated community, offers the ideal setting for a peaceful vacation in Vilamoura. With 2 bedrooms (both suites) and air conditioning, it can accommodate up to 6 people, making it perfect for family groups or friends. Located 2 km from the stunning Marina Beach, the house provides easy access to Vilamoura's coastal beauty.

Closed Condominium and Common Pool: Located in a condominium, the villa features 2 common pools, providing relaxing moments in a beautiful and exotic environment. The pools are strategically positioned to ensure a peaceful stay.
Comfortable Accommodations: With 2 en-suite bedrooms, one with a double bed and direct access to a balcony, and another with two single beds, plus two small rooms in the attic, this villa offers comfortable accommodations for all guests.
Well-Equipped Bathrooms: With a total of 4 bathrooms, including 2 with shower and 2 with bathtub, providing comfort and convenience.
Pleasant Coexistence Space: The living/dining room is welcoming, with direct access to the covered terrace. Equipped with satellite TV and DVD player.
Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and functional, with dining area. Equipped with electric oven, electric and gas stove, built-in grill, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, hand blender, electric knife, portable electric grill, filter coffee machine, cutting board, and ironing board.
Furnished Covered Terrace: The covered terrace is a charming space, with 2 sun loungers, a dining table with 6 wicker chairs and a portable grill (Weber), providing opportunities for outdoor meals and relaxation.
