Summary:
You couldn't ask for a better location in the city centre as Halifax House Living is only short walk away from the iconic Liverpool's Waterfront and Three Graces. The historic Castle Street, where you can find some best views of the Town Hall, Royal Liver Building, plus bars and restaurants such as Rudy's Pizza, is right on your door step. The Cavern Club on Mathew Street is also just around the corner. Both shopping and business districts are within close proximity - ideal for both leisure and business travellers!

The Space:
Halifax House Living is a newly refurbished two-bedroom apartment that can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests. Fully furnished to a high standard, we have all you need for a comfortable stay, whether travelling for leisure or for business purposes!

Beautifully designed with neutral tones, the modern apartment is the perfect base after a long day of exploring the city! With all rooms spread through three floors, there's plenty of space for your break.

As you enter the apartment, you will find the main bathroom to your left which is fitted with a shower over the bath, a sink and a toilet.

Opposite this is the modern white and grey kitchen which has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including an oven, hob, microwave and fridge/freezer! A washing machine is also provided in the same room.

The third room on the lower floor is a spacious open-plan dining and living area offering a great setting to unwind and relax with a Smart TV provided. It also features two comfy double sofa beds sleeping up to 4 people.

On the next floor is the double bedroom fitted with a double bed for two people, a hanging rail for your clothes and a desk that that you can use for work or as a dressing table.

The master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located on the highest floor. Boasting a king-size bed, a wardrobe for your clothes and a skylight for natural lighting. Also decorated with a desk which can be utilised for work or as a dressing table.

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full apartment. Access to the apartment is via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.

Pay and display carparks are nearby and details will be provided prior to your arrival.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the building which is accessible by either stairs or lift. The apartment itself consists of three floors. Please expect two flights of stairs inside.

**Please be aware that whilst the building does have a lift, we cannot be held responsible if this does not work during your stay - this has not happened yet, but we do need to make guests aware.**

Other Things to Note:

• The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

• We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

• The check in time is 3pm and check out is 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

• Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

• Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) and is located at 8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

The Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated right in the heart of Liverpool - within 10-minute walk to the iconic Liver Building and Liverpool's stunning water front. The famous Castle Street is located right on your doorstep, with some of Liverpools favourite restaurants and bars such as the famous San Carlo, Viva Brazil and Brazilian Steakhouse and Bar. Exchange Flags is also just around the corner too where you can drink in some of the history of Liverpool by visiting the hidden Western Approaches, or the Nelson Monument just north of the Town Hall. The apartment is also the perfect base if you're visiting for work, Old Hall Street and the business district are just a 7 minute walk away!

Liverpool ONE shopping centre is just a 3 minute walk away, filled with a huge variety of shops to spend hours browsing in!

The apartment building is quiet and only has a handful of neighbours. We ask that all guests are quiet and respectful during their stay.

Getting Around:
The apartment is easy reachable by train as St James station is only a 2 minute walk, Moorfields station is only 5 minutes away and the main Lime Street Station only a 12 minute walk!

Taxis and Uber are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip.

If you're feeling a little adventurous, you can also take one of the city's Electric Scooters to get you around town!
