Beach Home Offers Sleeping for 8, Close Proximity to Scarborough Beach!
Look no further! If you're looking for a cozy house walking distance to the beach, yet still affordable, you're golden. Inside the home, you'll find an easy, open layout and numerous updates throughout.
Gleaming hardwoods set the backdrop for the first floor, while gracious well-A/C'd bedrooms encompass the upper level. Sit back with a cold one in the side yard in the Adirondack chairs. Or, serve piles of BBQ on the picnic table on the deck off the kitchen. Around the back you'll find an outdoor shower. Make sure to wash that sand off before entering the home, please!

Narraganset is a beautiful town that has something for everyone. Scarborough Beach is a short walk from our home, and Narragansett Town Beach, Roger Wheeler State Beach, and Salty Brine State Beach are all a short drive away. Narragansett is close to the Block Island Ferry, which makes for a lovely day trip. Grab lobsters off the boat in Galilee! Also close are Providence, Newport, Mohegan Sun Casino and Foxwoods Casino.

Family Vacation

Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. The layout of the property worked great for us to enjoy the week with our son’s family and our grandchildren. The rooms were nice and dark and quiet and the air conditioning units were perfect. Nice walk to the beach or a quick walk to pizza.

Management Company was useless

Day one the toilet was broken in addition to a futon sleeper. We called them and they assured us that they would be fixed that never happened. Not a call back or even a text message. The house needs some work, for the amount we paid not worth it. We will never rent again, the owner needs to rent the house themselves. Do not waste your money on property management.

Excellent location!

Great vacation at this property!! Location is the best! Short walk to beach, central location makes it easy to get around! BEST outdoor shower…water pressure was unreal! Great deck for having dinner and spending time with family/friends! Could have been a little cleaner…but a quick wipe with some spray and paper towel and good to go! Would 100% rent this property again!!!

Scarborough Vacay!

Excellent location within walking distance to the beach! Plenty of room for our family with a nice yard for the grandkids to play in. They lived the outdoor shower!

Close to beaches

We had a nice vacation in the home was in a great location. Walkable to Scarborough beach and close drive to several others in the area. All the beaches are a little different so that was a nice surprise. My only concern was the noise around the house. There were two construction sites,, one on either side of us. Next time I would check to see if that is going on during the time we vacation. It was an problem for us because one of our family members has issues with these noises and I wish I would have known ahead of time. It is no fault of VRBO. I know some other shore towns prohibit construction during the summer since people are on vacation. Waking up to a backhoe and trucks at 7:45 AM can be a little offputting, but especially given our situation. There are also lawns (as opposed to sand and rocks) on the properties that line the street and houses are very close to each other, so if mowers are an issue, this shore area may not be the area for you. If the noise doesn’t bother you it is an excellent location and the house was very nice. It was exactly as described had plenty of pots and pans and everything we needed for our stay. The couch was very comfortable and they were extra beach chairs and footballs for us to use which was a nice addition. The property management team was very friendly and accommodating and easy to deal with.
