Cute ranch on a quiet street in the desirable Pier neighborhood of Narragansett. This single-level home features an open layout, window A/C units for comfort, and a large back yard and deck with outdoor seating and an enclosed outdoor shower.

Enjoy easy access to some of Narragansett's favorite local spots. Walk to Boon Street's restaurants, galleries, and shops, or stop by Boon Street Market and PJ's Pub, all just around the corner. The scenic Narragansett sea wall and Town Beach are also a short stroll or bike ride away, along with nearby playgrounds and basketball courts.

A well-behaved dog under 30 lbs. may be considered with prior approval and a nonrefundable pet fee.

For a turnkey vacation experience, the listed price includes checkout cleaning and linens for the occupancy of the property. Commercially laundered linens are provided, including sheets, duvets with fresh covers, and one towel set (bath towel, hand towel, facecloth) per guest, plus bathmats and kitchen towels. Beach towels are not included unless otherwise noted. Stays over one week may incur an additional linen charge.

The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed so we were able to have our family over for a cookout. Everyone enjoyed the big yard and outside tables and chairs. Thank you for a lovely vacation!
