Part of a house (semi-detached) with independent entrance door – at the exclusive use of the guests: private fenced garden and a swimming pool, set on earth (10 x 4, depth: 1.20m). The house lies 1 km from the centre of Pietrasanta and 4 km from the sea.
Access to the property within a common (with the property owners) garden gate, where guests may park their car. Independent entrance door on the front side of the house. The garden part in front of the house (separated by some plants) and to the sides of the house by a fence is used by the owners. The garden part (900sqm) on the backside of the house, where also the swimming pool is located at, is fenced (1,50 m net height ) and is at the exclusive use of the guests.

Entrance on the ground floor: living room with 1 double bed settee ( French bed: 1,40 cm large) tv, 2 pull-out single beds ( single beds are 1,73 x 71 cm and they are perfect for children or young people), exit onto the garden on the backside of the house. 1 double bedroom with 1 en-suite bathroom with basin, wc, bidet and shower. 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine, basin, wc, bidet. Stairs to the 1st floor: spacious kitchen-cum-dining with stove (5 flames), oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee brewer, table.
The house is furnished in country style – a warm and cosy atmosphere – beamed ceilings, rustic kitchen and walls painted in cheerful pastel colours.
From the living room access to the garden equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and barbeque for your dining al fresco. Swimming pool (10 x 4m, depth: 1.20m) with deckchairs and sunbeds. Outdoor toilet close to the pool with basin and wc.
The owners put 3 bicycles at the guests’ disposal.
Pets are welcome – the owners have 2 dogs.
WiFi is included, parking within the grounds. Upon request and payment on the spot, there is the possibility to have an additional pull-out bed which can be put in one of the two bedrooms.
