A bit dissapointing

The whole apartment was dirty. The doors didn`t close well, the beds were a bit damaged but the location was alright. the check-in and the communication with the owner was good.

Ok but not as great as I imagined.

This house as a good potential but not well maintained, garden fourniture is broken, bedding not comfortable, all the doors in the house are broken or damaged. There is no hot tub, the bathrooms, sheets, floors, windows, curtains, kitchen and dishes were not clean. Some beds and other fournitures are not in a good shape. Landlord was reactive to bring additional dishes such as cooking pot and pan so that was nice. The location is also quite good at 7 min walk from elephant and castle station. Quite place. Not great value for money but it does the job.

Sauberkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig

+ die Lage ist super, checkin mit Schlüsselbox - die Türen sind alle defekt und gehen schwer zu, das obere Bad war nicht geputzt, altes Möbeliar , keine Duschmatten beim Aussteigen der Dusche, Mäusefallen im Schrank

Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz guter Lage – viele Mängel und unzureichender Zustand

Rezension für FeWo-Direkt: Wir haben die Wohnung für 5 Nächte mit 10 Personen in London gebucht und waren leider sehr enttäuscht. Pro: - Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichbar. - Fernseher und zwei Kühlschränke vorhanden, was praktisch war. Kontra: - Die Wohnung war bei Ankunft nicht gereinigt, es lag Dreck in den Schränken, sogar Müll war vorhanden. - Defektes Lattenrost, mehrere Lampen funktionierten nicht, und das Mobiliar wirkte ungepflegt. - Die Eingangstür war extrem schwer zu bedienen. - Schadhafte Fenster, kaputte Gartenmöbel und ein defekter Sonnenschirm. - Die Türen im Haus waren schlecht montiert und ließen sich schwer schließen. - Der Gastgeber war während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht erreichbar. - Der Duschregler im obersten Bad war kaum verstellbar, und der Wasserdruck in der mittleren Dusche war schwach. - Die Heizung funktionierte nicht in allen Bereichen. - Die Badewanne war schief eingebaut und wirkte unsicher. - Einige Steckdosen und nur zwei Einstellungen des Ofens funktionierten. - Das Haus war extrem hellhörig, was den Schlaf störte. - Zu wenige Stühle für 10 Personen, Gläser waren bei Ankunft noch nass. - Pro Doppelbett wurde nur eine Decke bereitgestellt. Trotz der guten Lage waren wir mit der Unterkunft aufgrund der zahlreichen Mängel sehr unzufrieden und würden sie in diesem Zustand nicht weiterempfehlen.

Logement sale et non conforme aux photos

Nous avons dû trouver hébergement dans l’auberge de jeunesse à côté. Nous n’avons pas pu séjourner dans ce logement très sale de bas en haut (sanitaires sales pas de porte à une chambre, un trou à l'entrée d'une chambre au plafond bouché par un drap punaisé, chaises crasseuses, saletés, frigidaires moisis…), et qui ne correspond pas à la description du propriétaire sur abritel site / description et photos
