The property was booked for 3 people but property management did not provide a cover/duvet for the third person. Only sheets were provided. After more than 5 hours of communicating with the customer service we did not get the cover the first day. We got it the second day. Person had to use coat to cover herself the first night. Not very pleasant experience. The other problem was not being able to keep towels in the bathroom or anywhere else. The bathroom has only 2 small hooks and one of them got detached so it was useless. The apartment was very nicely appointed but not possible to function in that space for 3 people. It looks nice but not functional at all. Nice location and very good layout for people who have mobility issues.

L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout en étant très calme. Je recommande vivement cet hébergement pour profiter pleinement de Porto.
