Really nice place. I liked that it was a full residence and not a cramped condo liked I've stayed in before in the area. My family had plenty of room to spread out and relax.

The home we stayed in was absolutely beautiful and more than enough space! About 5 mins or so from the beach and right near all the gift shops and things to do. Leaving was probably the worst thing we did, I could’ve lived there! We enjoyed our time and can’t wait for the next trip!

Wonderful place!

Very comfortable. Lots of space. Very clean. Really enjoyed the stay. Only thing there was lots of construction which was a little confusing getting there but that was it.

Great property !!

The only problem was getting to the property because of the construction going on. I will definitely stay again!! Very roomy. The kitchen has everything you need The exterior looks a little rough but the inside is fantastic!!

This property was lovely and matched the pictures provided. Our only slight confusion was which unit it was, but we figured it out when looking back through pictures. Our family of 7 was comfortably accommodated and enjoyed the pool and closeness to the beach.

Good Property

Decent rental property, not great, not bad. Comfortable, well stocked. Approximately 2 mile drive from the beach, not walkable. Major construction in front of complex makes it difficult to access. Beds not comfortable, back patio not very usable as it was not clean at all, neighbors party all night. Overall decent place to stay, three bathrooms are a plus, slept our family of six comfortably.

Great Fathers Day Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was great. When we first got there we had an issue with the water. However the Padre Escapes staff remedied the situation immediately and things went smoothly. The only issue was the neighbors. Don’t know if they were vacationing as well or if they were locals but they partied all night and kept slamming doors and playing music until 4am so we got horrible sleep the first night.The parking said that there was garage parking for one vehicle, however we own a truck and the garage was too small for the truck to fit. The location was close to everything we needed for the weekend we stayed. There was an H-E-B, Specs, and Wal-Mart within 15 minutes and the local grocery store was within 5 minutes. The beach was also within 5 minutes but you did have to have a permit to park and drive on the beach.We really enjoyed the stay and would definitely go back.
