Beautiful stone mansion which lies on the hills overlooking Buti, between Lucca and Pisa, admits olive groves and wine yards, stunning views onto the surrounding villages. Big swimming pool (13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) in common use.

Fantastic property of about 7‘000 sqm with two characteristic stone mansions – one called “Casolare” with separate entrance and private outdoor area and the other house, subdivided in 2 apartments called “Rosmarino” and “Salvia”, both of them also with a separate access and private outdoor area.
The distance between the two houses is about 70m, both mansions dispose of private outdoor areas equipped for your dining al fresco. There are olive trees, wine yards and aromatic herbs in one part of the garden.
The big swimming pool (set in earth and completely fenced – 13 m x 6 m, depth: 1.10 m – 2 m) is in common use for both properties and equipped with deckchairs, sun-umbrellas and chairs.

Tips for your journey:
Once arrived you do not really need your car – restaurant (100m), grocery and shopping opportunities within about 1 Km may be reached easily on foot.
Day trips to the art towns of Tuscany (such as Florence, Lucca 25 km, Pisa, Siena) are recommendable or just visit the beaches of Marina di Pisa (35km) or Marina di Vecchiano.
The surroundings are suitable for strolls – the hamlet of Buti is a visit worth or make an excursion to the Monte Serra (about 5 km), many hiking paths start from the village of Vicopisano.
Access to the Casolare on the groundfloor: kitchen-cum-dining with couch, dining table, kitchenette with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, SAT-TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed and 1 fold-out-bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
Stairs to the 1st floor: kitchen-cum-dining with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, fireplace, dining table, wonderful views, couch, SAT-TV, 1 double bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 bunkbed and 1 fold-out-bed, 1 bathroom with shower, wc, bidet.
The 1st floor can also be accessed within an external staircase. Veranda equipped with a table, chairs and barbeque. The furnishings are in country style, beamed ceilings and terracotta tiled floors.
Parking within the grounds, WiFi included.
PODERE DI MERO CASOLARE sleeps 10 persons – max 8 persons are included in the rental price, the 9th and 10th person pays on the spot:
- Euro 75.00 per adult and per week
- Euro 50.00 per child and per week

All additional costs, as well as the security deposit, are to be paid on the spot, IN CASH.
The quantifiable additional costs must be paid together with the security deposit, IN CASH, at CHECK-IN.
The extra charges, which are calculated according to consumption, are to be paid at the end of the stay.
