Very spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom flat located in a sought after gated community. The flat is located on the top (2nd) floor, has an indoor fireplace/braai area, unlimited fast fibre internet, premium DSTV package, smart TV for streaming services and lots of cupboard space. Built-in Smeg fridge, oven and coffee maker. Within the estate there’s a gym, office space with constant power (for when there’s load shedding) and a coffee shop. 2 covered parking spaces. Great running, biking and walking paths. Cleaning service every other week for our monthly guests.
