Lovely Lodge in quiete location - Somerset West Up to 8 persons

Above Somerset West, near the Helderberg, our house, located at the top of a cul-de-sac, offers ample space for rest and relaxation in addition to a wonderful view of False Bay and the surrounding mountains.
The large, secluded property impresses with its old trees. In front of the house there is a garage and, in addition to other parking facilities, two covered parking spaces.
The lodge can accommodate up to eight people in four air-conditioned and heated bedrooms.
Furthermore, our guests have a household room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The equipment includes:
- 1 large bedroom with adjoining shower room on the upper floor
- 1 bedroom (1.20 x 2.00) bed with en-suite bathroom on the ground floor
- 1 bedroom, two single beds, on the ground floor
- 1 bedroom, a double bed, on the ground floor
- 1 tub and a shower room on the ground floor
The rental price includes weekly cleaning and weekly fresh bed linen.
The kitchen has a gas stove, oven, two fridge-freezer combinations, coffee and espresso machines and much more.
During the colder seasons, a pellet stove in the living room provides pleasant warmth.
Wi-Fi and television with access to worldwide news and sports programs are also included in the rental price.
Outside, our guests can choose between a sunny terrace in front of the house and a covered, shady terrace behind the house.
There are three loungers and two deck chairs around the separately accessible pool area.

The prices given refer to bookings for max. 4 people.
For every additional person the price increases by 20 € per day!
Since the house is connected to a prepaid power system, the used one
Electricity to be paid in cash on departure.
Furthermore, with an occupancy of up to 4 people, the margin is 2000.00 Rand,
for more people 3000.00 Rand final cleaning. This is when you start your vacation
to be paid in cash.
